Today many people are competing in building businesses to meet their basic daily needs. Sausage trade business is one of the businesses in the culinary field. Of course, the traders doesn’t want a lost in their business. Therefore, traders must have the right technique or method to grow up and increased their business profits. This study is using the simplex method and supported by information technology that is POM-QM to estimating the maximum profit gained from each production which is made by sausage trader per day, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The calculation of maximum benefit is reaches in Rp 63.000,00 per day.
New era COVID-19 pandemic requires teachers and students to understand technology. Along with the times, various kinds of latest innovations will appear, such as the novelty of digital learning. This study aims to analyze profile of STREAM DigLIM during the COVID-19 pandemic era and the recommendations of learning policymakers. The research method used in-depth analysis of literature studies related to learning innovation in madrasas, then the results of the literature were used to create new ideas related to digital learning innovations in Madrasah called STREAM DigLIM. STREAM DigLIM is a Scientific, Technology, Religious, Engineering, Art, and Mathematical Digital Learning Innovation in Madrasah. Profile of the STREAM DigLIM approach has characteristics of being based on science, technology, religion, engineering, art, and mathematics by maximizing digital potential of the latest technology. Characteristics of this approach in aspects of religion and art into learning in Madrasahs are literacy. The main objective of this approach is to train students' literacy, train students' religious skills and basic technology skills during the learning process. The researcher's recommendation about learning policy is the concept of STREAM DigLIM approach in learning. Where the religious aspect is emphasized during learning process. And this is packed with elements of art. The results of this study are used as empirical evidence that digital learning innovation needs to be developed and created, especially digital learning innovation media.
The demands of language learning are not only about the vocabulary and style but also the aspects of communication and cultural ethics that make assessment instruments need to be innovated. Innovation in this research is a development assessment instrument to produce report text with Valette's Taxonomy and CLIL approach. The purposes of this research are to describe the characteristics, innovation, validity, and reliability of an assessment instrument to produce report text for Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) students. The research method used in this study was research and development which was adapted from Borg and Gall (1983) with seven-step research; a preliminary survey, initial data collection, design of products, validation of products, revision and improvement of design, limited testing, revision and improvement of design. The results revealed that the characteristics assessment instrument to produce report text for Madrasah Aliyah students covered four main objectives; language, culture, communication, and literature. The development assessment instrument included an improvement on the cover, syllabus, lesson plans, instruction for questioning, and question items. The validity and reliability of the assessment instrument showed that four multiplechoice questions, two short answer questions, and an essay were invalid so it needed to be repaired.
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) or language immersion is mostly taken place in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School). However, research on CLIL in Pesantren is mostly difficult to find. This article tried to investigate the steps in implementing CLIL at Pesantren to enhance speaking skill through Grammar Translation Method (GTM). This study used exploratory case study. The subject of this research was 12 students of pesantren who joint Language Program. The result showed that (1) to implement CLIL at Pesantren environment by using GTM should combine Teaching-Learning Activities and Language Usage. Teaching and Learning Activities includes Drilling, Explaining, Imitatating, Questioning and Answering, Modeling, Making Dialogue, Practicing, Giving Feedback, and Concluding. Then (2) Language Usage (LU) included Code mixing and Switching, Language Acquisition, and Language Environment. In addition, (3) the combination of Teaching-Learning Activities and Language Usage which were integrated in GTM could enhance speaking skill at Pesantren environment. This research was done from July 12 to August 21, 2021. This kind of research can be used as a stepping stone of CLIL model in enhancing students' literacy for students, because it provided specific technique in teaching speaking for students of Pesantren in Indonesia.
This research is entitled learning to write descriptions through the suggestopedia method to solve students' literacy difficulties for students who have difficulty writing experimental studies in 7 th grade in MTs Negeri 11 Tasikmalaya. This research is motivated by students who have difficulty writing descriptive texts. This study aims to determine the success of using suggestopedia method on students with learning difficulties in writing descriptions. The suggestopedia method is considered capable of overcoming students' learning difficulties because the method tends to make the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable, supported by good classroom arrangements and soothing music so that students can concentrate well and be happy. The focus of this research is six students who have writing difficulties. To find out the effectiveness of the suggestopedia method in students with writing difficulty, t-test statistics is used. This research results in an increase in the ability to write descriptive text after using the suggestopedia method.
