Atrelar as novas tecnologias já utilizadas, ostensivamente, pelos alunos em favor de uma aprendizagem significativa é um desafio para cada professor e um trunfo pedagógico. A fundamentação teórica baseou-se nos preceitos de Ausubel, Vygotsky e Piaget. O aplicativo LandscapAR converte uma representação em curvas de nível, em imagens 3D renderizadas. O objetivo principal foi verificar a apreensão dos alunos em relação ao estudo do relevo terrestre e, particularmente, das curvas de níveis. O conteúdo foi trabalhado anteriormente com os alunos, em Geografia, com 10 turmas do 1º ano do Ensino Médio do CEFET-MG, em Belo Horizonte (MG). A atividade com o LandscapAR complementou as discussões, ampliando a curiosidade dos alunos e tornando o celular um parceiro no processo ensino-aprendizagem.

The purpose of this work was to explore the packaging labels of products consumed in everyday life by students, seeing them as textual and geographic and biological information genres and thus, through them, introduce the curricular contents in ten (10) 1st year classes of the Integrated Technical Education of CEFET-MG, in Belo Horizonte - MG, Brazil, in an interdisciplinary view in the subjects of Geography and Biology. Topics concerning the progress of industrialization in the Brazilian territory and the quality of products were discussed, especially those consumed by the population (nutritional data and its technical vocabulary, processing of industrialized foods, malnutrition and food exports, expansion of agribusiness...), associating them with the movement of globalization of the world economy. Among the topics studied, we also highlight: history and spatialization of industry, transformation of geographic space, stages of Brazilian industrialization, urbanization, concentration of infrastructure, consumer market, internationalization of the economy, labor qualification, degree of nationalization by industrial sector, privatization, industrial decentralization, precariousness of labor rights, among others. Exercises were carried out based on the data collected using printed maps, in addition to the use of the Google Earth app, devices used to locate industries in the country, which also contributes to a better perception of cartographic images. In a didactic investigation that combined prosaic resources - packaging labels - with geotechnology - the Google Earth application, the need for diversification of instruments and methodologies used in the classroom is evidenced, which together with adequate planning can help students to achieve meaningful learning, as happened in this reported experience. The theoretical-methodological foundations that guided this work are present, especially, in the theories of David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner.

Nessa experiência didático-pedagógica, uma história infantojuvenil especial, contando a luta do menino Chiquinho (Chico Mendes) e seus amigos tentando salvaguardar a floresta diante da cobiça de diferentes atores que a ameaçam continuamente, foi apresentada a duas turmas do 7º ano do Ensino Fundamental II, do Colégio Instituto Coração de Jesus (ICJ), em Belo Horizonte -MG. O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de Belo Horizonte - SAMU/BH é um serviço que depende de agilidade no deslocamento para o bom atendimento aos pacientes. Desde sua implantação em Belo Horizonte, o SAMU/BH recebeu melhorias, informatizou-se, porém, não recebeu um tratamento baseado em GIS para melhorar os deslocamentos e aumentar a sua eficiência. Foram aplicadas técnicas de Geoprocessamento para analisar a posição das bases das unidades e a distribuição das ocorrências. As bases e as atendimentos foram georreferenciados através dos softwares MapInfo e ArcGis, segundo as informações levantadas em outubro - 2005. Os resultados obtidos foram comparados e demonstraram a necessidade de se propor a relocação de algumas bases do SAMU/BH, pois algumas bases distavam até 2km do ponto ideal.
The research intended to report the use of food as auxiliary didactic-pedagogical materials in the learning of students from 4 (four) classes of the 1st year of the Integrated High School of CEFET -MG (Federal Center of Technological Education of Minas Gerais), Campus I -Belo Horizonte -MG, in the Geography discipline, in the teaching of key concepts of Geology and Geomorphology. Among the many noticeable problems in the teaching of Geography, there is an impasse in the assimilation of some themes that demand a better appreciation of existing structures in nature, sometimes, the resources used are not always efficient for understanding to take place. So, we opted for a didactic-pedagogical vehicle (food) that associated curiosity, literal pleasure with "gustatory", collective discussion and teaching-learning by analogies.
