FAMETRO, ministrando disciplinas da área de Ciências, além de disciplinas específicas da área da saúde e trabalho de conclusão de curso (TCC). Atua como pesquisadora visitante no Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia (INPA), com projetos na área de Epidemiologia, Bioquímica e Imunologia de leishmaniose tegumentar americana (LTA).
Objetivo: Apontar os principais erros e eventos adversos que acometem a segurança do paciente em uma Unidade Terapia Intensiva (UTI), em conjunto com as medidas preventivas, que visem garantir a segurança dos pacientes. Métodos: Constitui-se de um estudo do tipo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, através de uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL). O levantamento de dados foi realizado entre os meses de novembro de 2020 e janeiro de 2021, na plataforma Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), utilizando os descritores em saúde: segurança do paciente AND unidade de terapia intensiva, sendo encontrados 127 artigos na totalidade e após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, considerados oito artigos para compor este estudo. Resultados: Os principais erros e falhas que acometem os pacientes dentro de uma UTI estão relacionados principalmente em três categorias: assistência de enfermagem, aumento do tempo de permanência na UTI e a carga horária de trabalho excessiva. Em relação aos principais EA, os de maior prevalência foram: lesões por pressão, quedas e danos de cateteres vasculares. Considerações finais: Logo, as medidas preventivas ao EA visam diminuir riscos e possíveis complicações aos assistidos, sendo necessária à sua discussão e entendimento de forma ampla e educativa.
A população indígena expressa uma gama de diversidade, dispersas em todo territorial nacional, trazendo em conjunto questões interculturais, sociais e desafiadoras frente a saúde dessa população. Frente a isso, a seguinte pesquisa tem por Realizar uma busca ativa na literatura sobre as principais atribuições exercidas pelo enfermeiro frente à pratica clínica e assistencial na saúde dos povos indígenas, em conjunto com as possíveis dificuldades apresentadas durante todo o processo. A seguinte pesquisa corresponde a um estudo descritivo, com abordagem metodológica qualitativa, utilizando como técnica a Revisão Integrativa de Literatura em conjunto com a estratégia de PICO para formulação da pergunta norteadora. A pesquisa foi elaborada entre os meses de setembro e outubro de 2021 nas bases de dados disponíveis e indexadas dentro da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde: LILACS, MEDLINE, e BDENF, por meio da junção de três Descritores em Saúde, cruzados com o operador booleano “AND”: Profissional de Enfermagem AND, Povos Indígenas AND, Enfermagem, sendo encontrados 195 publicações na totalidade, após os critérios esse número reduziu para 26, sendo selecionados 10 artigos para compor está revisão. Diante disso, são diversas as atribuições exercidas pelo enfermeiro dentro da saúde dos povos indígenas, variando de pequenas ações assistenciais à gerenciais, com destaque para questões direcionadas para orientação sobre hábitos saudáveis, práticas de cuidados, planejamento de ações, entre outros. Logo, espera-se que a presente pesquisa possa servir de subsídio para nortear as diretrizes políticas e públicas que são exercidas pelo profissional enfermeiro dentro da saúde dos povos indígenas.
Esse artigo buscou descrever as experiências vivenciadas durante a realização de aulas práticas de enfermagem, durante a pandemia de COVID-19, ministradas no segundo semestre de 2020 em uma universidade particular de Manaus, capital do estado do Amazonas. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, utilizando o método hipotético-dedutivo, realizado a partir da vivência de acadêmicos de enfermagem, durante a reposição de aulas práticas na disciplina de Semiologia e Semiotécnica. Frente a pandemia de COVID-19, algumas universidades particulares optaram pela realização das aulas teóricas do primeiro semestre à distância, priorizando se prepararem para a reposição das aulas práticas no segundo semestre, visando a prevenção de alunos e funcionários da instituição. Diante disso, as práticas realizadas durante a pandemia de COVID-19, foram de extrema importância para o desenvolvimento profissional dos acadêmicos como futuro profissionais de enfermagem. Uma vez que, essa experiência possibilitou uma oportunidade de absorver uma gama de novos conhecimentos e medidas preventivas diante essa situação.
Esse artigo teve como objetivo descrever as experiências vivenciadas na saúde do adulto indígena da etnia Sateré Mawé com ênfase no sobrepeso e a obesidade em excesso, utilizando o método hipotético-dedutivo, em conjunto com o tipo de pesquisa descritiva, trata-se de um relato de experiência descritivo, vivenciado por acadêmicos de enfermagem. A visita foi voltada para conhecer a cultura e história da aldeia, tendo como foco principal a orientação sobre o sobrepeso e a obesidade em adultos, as atividades foram desenvolvidas em três momentos, sendo o primeiro momento direcionado ao planejamento das ações, o segundo voltado para conhecer um pouco sobre a cultura e história da aldeia e por último o terceiro momento que foi a realização da apresentação. Dessa forma, essa experiência foi de suma importância tanto para a vida pessoal e profissional no que tange assistência de enfermagem voltada para uma cultura que necessita de cuidados diferenciados.
