Tidur merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bayi. Peningkatan kualitas tidur bayi dapat dilakukan melalui pijatan yang dilakukan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan kualitas tidur bayi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest posttest one group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bidan praktik mandiri Emy Winarni Kesugihan Cilacap. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah ibu bayi yang berjumlah 30 bayi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total population. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat efektivitas pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan kualitas tidur bayi dibuktikan dengan responden yang mengalami peningkatan kualitas tidur sebagian besar (73,33%) responden mempunyai kualitas tidur yang baik..
One indicator of the state’s health status is the decrease in the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Central Java Province in 2020 the MMR is 98,60 per 100.000 live births and the IMR is 8,2 per 1000 live births. Cilacap Regency MMR and IMR in recent years are still quite high. AKI in 2019 reached 15 cases. With continuous midwifery care from pregnancy to the selection of contraceptives, it is hoped that it will be an effort to reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia and achieve optimal maternal and child health. The writing of this final project is in the form of a case study using a midwifery process approach using 7 steps of Varney and SOAP. The results of this study were obtained by Mrs. N during her pregnancy, she was in good health, the delivery process was normal, the puerperium involution was running normally, the baby was not jaundiced and was walking normally, and on family planning counseling the mother chose a 3-month injectable contraceptive. The conclusion of this study the author has applied continuous midwifery care to Mrs. N which is marked by the mother having followed all the recommendations, the mother’s complaints during pregnancy are resolved, the mother gives birth at a health facility, the postpartum period is running normally, the baby’s condition is normal, and the mother chooses a shhort-term contraceptive method.
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how student learning outcomes and emotional and spiritual intelligence are related. The quantitative approach with correlational study is the methodology employed. Techniques for gathering data in the form of surveys with questionnaires and measures of learning outcomes in the form of midterm exams (PTS). Assessing students' emotional and spiritual intelligence is done using questionnaires. This study used a simple random sampling method to select 106 students as its sample. The study's findings indicate a favorable correlation between emotional intelligence and student learning outcomes, a favorable correlation between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, and a favorable correlation between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence and student learning outcomes.
Background : In 2019, Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) disease spread very rapidly and caused high mortality rate. It makes the government set the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) and run the 5M health protocol aimed at preventing and reducing transmission of the COVID-19 virus. In order to prevent transmission, people are suggested to keep their distance, wash their hands, wear masks, reduce mobility, and stay away from crowds. Objective: this study aims to determine the relationship between COVID-19 knowledge level and compliance with health protocols. Methods: This study uses analytical research design through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Results : research of 76 respondents showed good knowledge, such as 67 respondents (88,2%), good attitude as much as 65 respondents (85,5%), good behavior 73 respondents (96,1%) with the average age of respondents of 20 (65,8%). Thus, obtained the relationship between knowledge and attitude (P value 0,01 ; RR 1,64); the relationship between knowledge and behavior (P value 0,47;RR 1,57); there is no relationship between attitude and behavior (P value 0,221 ; RR 1,39). Conclusion : There is a relationship between knowledge and attitude, knowledge and behavior, but there is no relationship between attitude and behavior. It is recommended that STIKES Serulingmas students could further increase awareness and knowledge related to COVID-19. Besides, it can be implemented in behavioral attitudes of compliance with implementing 5M health protocols in daily life.
Motorik kasar merupakan keterampilan fisik yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dapat berpengaruh pada perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan jasmani dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metode kajian studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua dan lembaga pendidikan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pendidikan jasmani dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, mengintegrasikannya dengan kurikulum pendidikan, serta memberikan perhatian lebih pada pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini.
