A proposta envolveu utilizar e avaliar o software Scratch seguindo critériostecnológicos e pedagógicos. As percepções e avaliações coletadas estãodescritas neste artigo.
Do Not Worry, of Course the Phosphorus can HelpYou! AbstractMathematical games help to develop children and teenager's logical thinking, as well as their skills. They transform mathematics into a more pleasurable subject and provide a positive bond between teacher-student and student-student. With mathematical games, students can relate reality and the imaginary, increasing their knowledge. Thinking about that, it is proposed an interdisciplinary experimental activity for students of the 1st year of high school that involves mathematics and chemistry. The experiment proposal is based on Piaget's Theory of cognitive development. Besides the progress of the logical thinking, this proposal aims to establish concepts of geometry and natural sciences knowledge. The mathematical concepts will be developed through logical thinking games, and it will be used matches as a material. In an interdisciplinary perspective, it will be proposed a brief historically resume about phosphorus, such as its chemical composition, the replacement of natural resources and its consequences in the environment. It will be presented texts of support for discussion and further development. Subsequently, it will be proposed a game with challenges that aim to develop logical reasoning through the assimilation and accommodation of thought, in an active and interactive environment. The evaluation will be continuous during the execution of the proposed activities. KeywordsMathematical games, interdisciplinarity, phosphorus, logical thinking, learning. AbstractThis paper describes an investigation performed with teachers of a public school in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The study aimed to identify if the scientific method is or is not being used as a teaching strategy, what is the concept of teachers on the value of the scientific method and the importance of its role in the construction of knowledge. Inattention and/or demotivation of some students during class may lead the teacher to reflect on alternatives to motivate them and engage them with their learning. One possibility is to work with scientific research as a means for the student to participate actively in the teaching sequence, sharing doubts and discoveries. The National Curriculum Guidelines guide for the teaching-learning process to be reinterpreted with the use of research as a pedagogical principle and scientific knowledge as a part of the school routine. From theoretical work, the need for the teacher to reflect on their practice and move beyond copying and reproduction is emphasized, adopting a teaching that favors research, assuming for intellectual emancipation of individuals. Thus, there was a diagnostic evaluation with teac...
