Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemahaman konseptual tentang vector, siswa kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten Natar, Lampung Selatan. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA dari tujuh SMA dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 167 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan 15 soal pilihan jamak dan alasan pertanyaan yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya 39,1% siswa yang mengerti tentang konsep vektor. Vektor satuan adalah subtopik yang paling mudah dipahami dimana 61,1% siswa memahami subtopik sedangkan arah vektor adalah subtopik yang paling sulit bagi siswa dimana hanya 23,3% yang mengerti subtopic. This study aims to determine how the effect of the Phyphox application on GIL based physics learning on students' creative thinking abilities. The sample of this research is students of class X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo through purposive sampling technique. This study uses the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The treatment was carried out through GIL based practicum activities on a simple pendulum assisted by Phyphox application. Data on students' creative thinking abilities were obtained using tests in the form of description questions. Data analysis technique using Paired Sample T-test. Based on data analysis, the average score of creative thinking ability has increased by 44%. Learning on simple pendulum materials assisted by Phyphox applications in five groups has an average acceleration due to gravity of 9,87 with an accuracy rate of 98,6%. The result is that GIL based physics learning assisted with the Phyphox application affects students' creative thinking abilities and produces accurate investigative data. The hypercholesterolemia condition is one metabolic disorder has affected to onset and prevalence of the dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease. The cholesterol synthesized from HMG-CoA by co-enzyme HMG-CoA reductase. The research focus was to determine the effect of Cyanidin-O-glucose of black rice to prevent the HMG-CoA and HMG-CoA reductase interaction. The anthocyanins retrieved from the database of PubChem, is cyanidin-3-O-glucoside (CID: 12303221). We obtained HMG-CoA canonical SMILES (CID: 445127) from PubChem and reconstructed it using VEGAZZ software. RCSB Protein Data Bank (PDB) was used as a database to get the 3D structures of HMGR (PDB ID: 1DQ9). The water molecules and or previously existing ligands incorporated in their 3D structures were removed using Discovery Studio 2019. The docking results were visualized and analyzed by Discovery Studio, and Hex 8.0.0 software. This result determined that cyaniding-O-glucose of black rice prevented the interaction between HMG-CoA into HMG-CoA reductase respectively. This result indicates that the cyaniding-O-glucose of black rice has potential function as lowering cholesterol biosynthesis.
Lipase has high economical value and an attribute that treasures wide range applications. Among the microbes, fungi to be the best source for lipase production in agro-industrial residue using solid state fermentation (SSF). One of agro-industrial residue is coconut pulp waste. The aims of this study is to explore the possibility of coconut pulp waste for producing of lipase using fungi isolate, Aspergillus niger and find the partial optimum condition of lipase production based on 2 parameters only. The crude enzyme was extracted by mixing fermented substrate with 50 mL sterile aquades pH 7 containing 0.01% Tween-80. The protein concentrations are determined by Bradford method using spectrophotometric. Lipase activity was followed the titrimetric method. The SSF was carried out with variation of initial spore concentration of 1×105, 1×106, 1×107, and 1×108 (spores.mL−1) and crude enzyme was harvested by adding 25, 50, 75, 100, and 125 (mL) of extract solution. The result showed that initial spore concentration and extract solution affected of lipase production. The SSF in coconut pulp waste using A. niger has successfully produced lipase with optimum condition were achieved by adding spore concentration inoculum 1×106 spore.mL−1 in acidic condition at 30°C for 7 days and extracted by 75 mL of extract solution that was result 72.5 mL of crude enzyme with lipase activity 10.83 U.mL−1 and protein content 0.074 mg/mL−1.
Development of Interactive Electronic School Book Based on LCDS on Special Theory of Relativity as Self Instructional to Foster Student's CriticalThinking Ability. This research aimed to develop valid interactive electronic school book using LCDS on special theory of relativity as self instructional for foster student's critical thinking, to know readability and the ease of operating interactive electronic school book. The method used are research and development. The implementation of procedures adopted from Borg & Gall design which consisted of 5 steps that were need assessment, developing preliminary form of product, expert validation, revision, and one-on-one test. Interactive electronic school book has been validated the material test with the score 3,31 (very appropriate) and the design test with the score 3,57 (very appropriate). Based on one-on-one test of interactive electronic school book shows the average score of the ease of operating aspect is 3,33 with very easy to operate as independent instructional and for readability aspect is 3,23 with very good quality. Interaktif berbasis LCDS pada materi teori relativitas khusus yang valid sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa serta mengetahui keterbacaan dan kemudahan dioperasikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah reseach and development atau penelitian pengembangan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada 5 tahapan Borg & Gall yaitu analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, revisi dan uji satu lawan satu. Buku Sekolah Elektronik (BSE) interaktif ini telah tervalidasi uji materi dengan skor rata-rata 3,31 (sangat sesuai) dan validasi desain dengan memporeleh skor rata-rata 3,57 (sangat sesuai). Berdasarkan uji satu lawan satu BSE interaktif dapat diketahui bahwa pada aspek kemudahan dioperasikan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,33 dengan kualitas sangat mudah dioperasikan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri dan memiliki kualitas keterbacaan sangat baik dengan mendapatkan skor 3,23.
