The relevance of this study is due to the problem of providing and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises operating in the regional market of medical services, which is possible only with a constant study of the characteristics of the market and factors of the external environment and is an indispensable criterion for survival in a competitive environment. The purpose of this article is to study the practical application of instrumental approaches to assessing the external environment of organizations in the market of medical services to the population of Magnitogorsk. The leading methods to study this problem are the methods of strategic analysis of the external environment, special methods of sociological expert study, tabular and graphical methods of visualizing the results of the study. The study covered medical centers operating in the territory of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region. The article substantiates that the use of strategic analysis methods to assess external environmental factors allows the organization to timely extract information about the business environment at the regional level and to develop programs for the development of the organization in the short and long term. Adapted, considering the specifics of medical organizations, methods form a unified system that facilitates a comprehensive assessment of the external environment and ensuring competitiveness. The study proved that the applied methods of strategic analysis can be used to conduct comparative competitive analysis and develop strategic development plans aimed at increasing the competitiveness of regional medical centers. The materials of the article can be useful for the leaders of medical organizations to ensure sustainable development and increase the efficiency of economic activity in a changing external environment.
The article makes and confirms the following hypothesis: a difficult current macroeconomic situation in Russia requires to change the work of enterprises management in terms of forming strategies related to developing the activity of legal entities they control as a whole, and forecasting results of the activity on various levels of the enterprise in particular within improving the efficiency of the organization activity under conditions of instable external environment. In order to confirm the made hypothesis, the article considers elements of the company management under conditions of instability within forming the level approach. It defines the methodological basis of selecting methods and approaches by commercial organizations to form their forecasts and strategic of developing under conditions of turbulence. It analyses the activity of the specific legal entity established in the form of the limited liability company (LLC). On its basis conclusions about the state of its strategic potential are made. The article offers measures on optimizing the system of strategic management of the analyzed enterprise, and estimates consequences of its implementation.
Background: The relevance of the study stems from the necessity to inform people about the work of the employment centers regarding the implementation of an effective state policy on the labor market. Thus, the article aims to identify the most and least popular public services provided by employment centers. This method of research on public awareness can be applied to study other public services in any city or region. Methodology: The basic approach used in the following study involved polling people on the streets of Moscow, the method of comparative and correlation analysis and statistical data analysis. Respondents were selected according to the requirements of the study, which enabled a detailed consideration of the awareness of people in Moscow regarding the public services provided by employment centers/local branches, as well as people's opinion on the quality of services provided by employment centers/local branches people applied to. Choice of the regionthe city of Moscowwas made due to the highest concentration of people from different social strata, as well as representatives of different cultures. Findings: The paper presents the findings of the comprehensive study conducted during 2016 that allowed distinguishing three levels of demand for public services:-Level 1 including the most popular public service-"Assistance in job search";-Level 2 which embraces services providing information on the labor market;-Level 3 covering public services that make it easier for people to find work. Little demand for public services "Vocational training of the unemployed" and "Career advice" prevents increasing the labor mobility in the times of crisis. The material of the article can be used in developing measures to improve the availability of information on job offers and the variety of services, as well as when preparing documents for the study of public awareness on operation of various government agencies.
Issues of energy conservation and energy efficiency are always on the agenda in the context of both economic growth and recession, and today becomes one of the priority guidelines in the development of industrial enterprises in Russia. The implementation of contemporary management technologies and measures related to power supply allows reducing significantly energy costs, thereby increasing the real profit of the company.The article deals with the development of mechanisms for the implementation of an energy management system in industrial enterprises. The authors substantiate urgency of an energy management system formation at the enterprise that creates the framework for the integration of energy efficiency issues into the overall concept of enterprise management. Moreover, the authors suggest several recommendations for the practical implementation of energy management.The article also analyzes successful examples of implementation of contemporary energy management technologies such as benchmarking, outsourcing, monitoring, crowdsourcing, and coaching.
The modern challenges, the sanctions and the state of the economy made it possible to implement the import-substitution policy measures. This article provides a brief overview of the policies of import substitution, which have been carried out in various countries since the middle of the last century. The evaluation of these practices by the scientists is considered and their conclusions are summarized. The main results of the policy of import substitution of the countries of Latin America, Asia, and Europe are summarized. To this end, the risks able to impede the implementation of the import substitution policies are identified herein, the performance criteria for the implementation of the policy at the general economic and sectoral levels are proposed, and the principles of the state approach to the import substitution are formulated.
