Enforcement carried out by the Lampung Province civil service police enforcement officers in implementing the 2020 regional regulation Number 3 regarding the adaptation of new habits in preventing, controlling COVID-19, by coordinating with the Bandar Lampung City enforcement apparatus. From the observations made by the researchers, the task of the competent authorities in carrying out COVID-19 prevention measures in implementing the Governor's Regulation has not been maximized due to the lack of budget so that operational vehicles and equipment used are limited. Besides that, many people also ignore health protocols when they are outside. This study aims to determine the duties of the Lampung Provincial Civil Service Police and to find out the Prevention and Control of Covid 19 carried out by the Lampung Provincial Civil Service Police. The research method used is qualitative research methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The task of the Civil Service Police has not been maximized in enforcing the 'Lampung Provincial Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning the Adaptation of New Habits in the Prevention and Control of Covid-19'. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cause has not been maximized due to the minimal budget so that operational vehicles and equipment used are limited and in the prevention and control of Covid-19 there are still many people who do not wear masks when outside. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kemajuan desa adalah faktor kepemimpinan. Seorang pemimpin yang baik tidak hanya diperoleh karena bakat alami tetapi dapat juga diperoleh karena melalui latihan-latihan kepemimpinan. Pengabdian masyarakat Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan dilaksanakan di Desa Lumbir Rejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran dengan tujuan membentuk karakter pemimpin yang baik yang mempunyai visi dan misi ke depan serta dapat menggerakkan bawahan agar dapat bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu kemajuan desa demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan ini dihadiri oleh aparat desa, karang taruna dan masyarakat umum terutama generasi muda. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan mengenai materi kepemimpinan, diskusi dan tanya jawab yang berhubungan dengan kepemimpinan. Peserta yang mengikuti Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan diharapkan dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh untuk membangun dan memajukan Desa Lumbir Rejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of human resources and public services in Adipuro Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. Observations, documentation, and questionnaires were used in this study. Pruduct Moment Correlation formula and quantitative analysis using SPSS version 16.0. Using the SPSS version 16.0 program, a simple correlation analysis (r) between the correlation of the quality of human resources (X) and public services (Y) shows a correlation of 0.527, or 52.7 percent, between the quality of human resources in public services and computerized data processing. . This shows that human resources (X) and the quality of public services (Y) are related. Even though r is positive, the relationship is moving in a positive direction. argued that a greater emphasis on the quality of human resources would accompany the expansion of public services in Adipuro Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung. Regency. On the other hand, the remainder (100% -52.7% = 47.3%) can be explained by additional factors not examined by this study.
Human Resources is a very essential element in the development of an organization or institution. Quality Human Resources will create quality organizations or institutions as well. Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University as an educational organization is also committed to developing human resources, in this case lecturers, to become qualified and competitive lecturers. The research aims to determine the development of human resources in improving the performance of lecturers and to find out the factors that encourage and inhibit lecturers' performance. The research was conducted on Saburai University lecturers. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study concluded that several efforts have been made for the development of Human Resources in improving Lecturer Performance, namely: 1) Providing opportunities for lecturers to take doctoral studies with scholarship programs both from foundations and from the government (LPDP), 2 ) Providing opportunities for lecturers to participate in various kinds of training, both those that have been programmed by their respective units as well as training activities that are invited from other parties, such as improving the quality of scientific writing, there is a Scientific Writing Assistance program from LLDikti, PEKERTI training, in collaboration with Lampung University, training on proposals making to obtain competitive grants, online journaling training and research methodology training. Barriers 1) There is no special program or priority program for the development of professional competence of lecturers, 2) There is no ongoing training program to support the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely for the implementation of education and teaching, for research and for community service, 3) There is still a lack of the ability and motivation of lecturers to improve their qualifications.
