BASIC MODEL TO EXPLAIN THE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY USING ALGEBRAIC RECONSTRUCTION PROCESSAbstract: Computed tomography (CT) is one of the major technological advances used in medicine to diagnose diseases, but it is also a technique used in other areas, such as eroespacial chemistry, radio astronomy, etc.. The goal of CT is to reconstruct the inside of an object without the need to open it, this process is known a nondestructive testing. To achieve this purpose, the TC uses suffering atenución X-rays to go through said object with said internal information of the object is reconstructed, this is an inverse problem. We got out of the theory and we focus on the practice showing concretely how the inside of an object using an algebraic method known as algebraic reconstruction for a specific event is reconstructed. Keywords:Computed tomography, algebraic reconstruction, CT, inverse problem.
Fourier Transform To Explain The Process Of Computed TomographyAbstract: Computed tomography (CT) is a breakthrough technology used in medicine for diagnostic diseases. The same technique is used in other areas, such as aerospace chemistry, Radio astronomy, etc. The main objective of the CT is to reconstruct the internal part of an object without having to open it as a non-destructive test. To achieve this purpose, the CT uses the attention that X-rays undergo through this object with the information, the inner part of the object is reconstructed, that is to say the CT is an inverse problem. In this article uses the Fourier transform for the reconstruction of the internal part, for it is directly part of a continuous model, representing the density at the point (x, y) of a section, with a function ρ = ρ(x, y); and even though ρ is not required to be continuous, the Fourier method is more efficient and a better, more regular result is obtained ρ.
ANALYSIS OF BEAMS BY FINITE ELEMENTAbstract: This paper presents the analysis of deformation beams through the model defined on the interval [a, b]This model is associated with simply supported beams, Recessed and cantilever subject to various loads and distributed even with variable cross section. The solution is passing the model to the weak form and then the discrete form. the discreetly out on a finite dimensional space, this space is the linear space for this finite element work, and the solution yields us the deflection of the beam along its entire length (light).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
