Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar as contribuições da área de gestão de pessoas na implementação da sustentabilidade nas organizações. Para tanto foram realizados pesquisa bibliográfica e um caso de estudo. Os resultados demonstraram que a gestão de pessoas pode contribuir no processo de inserção dos conceitos de sustentabilidade como valor central, principalmente recrutando e selecionando pessoas com o perfil alinhado ao organizacional, além de desenvolver nos colaboradores a ampliação dessa consciência ecológica como atividade do subsistema de treinamento e desenvolvimento, centradas na adequada gestão da cultura organizacional.
The territory of the Brazilian semiarid region has historically been the scene of great challenges and adversities, with the capacity for survival and resistance of the people living in it being represented. Within this same territory, there are also several potentialities that should be studied, developed and encouraged, one of which is the bee honey production chain with Apísmellífera type stingers for economic purposes, also known as European bee, which must be worked towards complementing income, as well as the diversification of the subsistence activity of the populations of these territories. The study in question intends to compare the honey production chain in two regions of the Semi-Arid Region of the Northeast. The first chain is located on the edge of the Sobradinho lake in the State of Bahia, and the second is ocated in Serra da Capivara, which belongs to the state of Piauí. The present study is of a qualitative-quantitative, bibliographic and documentary nature, since studies already carried out will be analyzed, starting from secondary data for a comparative analysis of the two chains, using the system called MATRIX SWOT 3.0. I.
The research focuses on discussing the dynamics between agroecology and family farming in the Brazilian semiarid region. Family plays a significant part in the production of food on the Brazilian territory, contributing to its socioeconomic development, as it generates jobs, contributes to the local economy and diversifies production while contributing to lessen environmental impacts. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the agroecological discourse and practical strategies used in family farming and its role in the socioeconomic development of the Brazilian Semiarid region, by means of a systematic literature review. The works retained center on the following themes: public policies, land management and territoriality, cultivated varieties, and the issues surrounding water usage.
