O trabalho apresenta as sanções aplicadas ao psicopata sob a ótica do Direito Penal Brasileiro. Estudar a mente criminosa sempre instigou a medicina, a psicologia e a criminologia. Isso porque os psicopatas são sujeitos insetos de emoção, por conseguinte agem por impulso, não expõe arrependimento nem remorso. Dessa forma, eles acabam fazendo escolhas contrárias àquelas consideradas dignas e consoantes com princípios éticos e morais. Com base nisso, parti-se da evolução dos estudos da criminologia, abordando seu conceito e características que passaram por um período de mudanças para apresentar a teoria da pena, seus elementos, bem como a culpabilidade, a imputabilidade e a inimputabilidade do agente contextualizando com o caso dos psicopatas. Após isso, é feita uma análise crítica sob as sanções aplicadas aos psicopatas, discutindo também a ressocialização desses indivíduos. Artigos, doutrinas, jurisprudência, leis e livros que abordam o tema da psicopatia foram empregados na elaboração do presente artigo.
O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar as implicações para os clientes das drogarias locais com a criação de barreiras de entrada estabelecidas para as grandes redes de drogarias. Com o uso de coletas de dados via levantamento documental, entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação participante, os resultados mostraram que as redes de drogarias locais ocuparam pontos importantes, saturando o volume de lojas por habitantes e elevando a barreira de entrada que uma rede de drogaria nacional precisa aplicar para entrar em um mercado local. Conclui-se que, durante o período analisado, houve incremento de benefícios sociais e aumento do poder de barganha.
