Objetivo: Descrever a experiência vivenciada por enfermeiras em conexão com Agentes comunitários de saúde para enfrentamento local da pandemia COVID-19. Método: Relato de experiência desenvolvido a partir de ações de enfermeiras que atuam na Estratégia Saúde da Família do município de Icó, Estado do Ceará, destacando o importante papel que os Agentes comunitários de saúde desenvolvem junto à população nesse cenário. Resultados: A partir da experiência vivenciada, pode-se observar o importante papel que os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde têm apresentando frente à pandemia da COVD-19, mesmo apresentando medo e insegurança. Evidenciou-se ainda durante esse período que seu papel de educador em saúde é imprescindível nas ações desenvolvidas dentro dos territórios. Além disso, esses profissionais têm sido protagonistas importantes nas atividades realizadas dentro das Estratégias de Saúde da Família, fortalecendo assim o trabalho da equipe bem como o controle e combate da infecção pelo novo Coronavírus. Conclusões: Contar com o trabalho desses profissionais nos territórios tem sido estratégico e representa um diferencial para o cuidado, por auxiliarem no controle da disseminação e no monitoramento de grupos de risco, bem como das pessoas infectadas pela doença.Descritores: Enfermagem; Atenção Primária à Saúde; Agente Comunitário de Saúde; Infecção pelo Coronavírus. COMMUNITY HEALTH AGENTS IN FRONT OF COVID-19: EXPERIENCES WITH NURSING PROFESSIONALSObjective: To describe the experience lived by nurses in connection with community health workers to face the pandemic COVID-19 locally. Method: Experience report developed from the actions of nurses working in the Family Health Strategy in the municipality of Icó, State of Ceará, highlighting the important role that community health agents play with the population in this scenario. Results: Based on the experience, it is possible to observe the important role that Community Health Agents have playing in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, even with fear and insecurity. It was also evident during this period that his role as a health educator is essential in the actions developed within the territories. In addition, these professionals have been important protagonists in the activities carried out within the Family Health Strategies, thus strengthening the team’s work as well as controlling and fighting infection by the new Coronavirus. Método: Informe de experiencia desarrollado a partir de las acciones de enfermeras que trabajan en la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia en el municipio de Icó, Estado de Ceará, destacando el importante papel que los trabajadores de salud comunitarios juegan con la población en este escenario. Resultados: En base a la experiencia, es posible observar el importante papel que los agentes de salud comunitarios tienen ante la pandemia da COVID-19, incluso con miedo e inseguridad. También fue evidente durante este período que su papel como educador de salud es esencial en las acciones desarrolladas dentro de los territorios. Además, estos profesionales han sido protagonistas importantes en las actividades llevadas a cabo dentro de las Estrategias de salud familiar, fortaleciendo así el trabajo del equipo y controlando y luchando contra la infección por el nuevo Coronavirus. RESUMO Em um cenário no qual se tem discutido de forma intensa a formação em saúde, devido a uma fragmentação entre a teoria e a prática, entre outras deficiências que podem comprometer uma articulação direcionada à saúde coletiva, construiu-se o presente ensaio teórico, com o objetivo de refletir sobre o Projeto Vivências e Estágios na Realidade do Sistema Único de Saúde como uma linha de fuga para uma formação interprofissional para a gestão e organização do Sistema Único de Saúde. Nesse âmbito, tornou-se essencial sistematizar a discussão em dois momentos, sendo eles: Da formação fragmentada à problematizadora da realidade social; e Cenas possíveis a partir da compreensão do Sistema Único de Saúde por meio do estágio de vivência. Fundamentou-se o presente ensaio a partir da perspectiva de linha de fuga apontada por Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari, bem como da perspectiva de sujeitos, de Foucault. Por meio das reflexões realizadas, pôde-se perceber que o Projeto surgiu como uma linha de fuga que oportunizava uma formação diferenciada dos sujeitos que viriam a ser protagonistas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, com vistas a uma atuação direcionada à organização e gestão do sistema de acordo com a realidade na qual estariam inseridos, além de possibilitar a (des)transformação de uma formação cristalizada e deficiente.
The objective of this study was to describe the mechanisms used by nursing students to promote health and prevent diseases to hypertensive and diabetic patients assisted by a Family Health Strategy team, based on a problematic teaching and learning methodology. This is an experience report of nursing students from the Federal University of Piauí during the course of Curricular Internship I when performing an intervention project in a UBS in the city of Picos-Piauí. It was used to develop the invention project the Problematization Methodology, following the steps proposed by Charles Maguerez. There was a social action of HyperDia, individual consultations and group educational activity, involving more than one hundred patients. The objectives were achieved, making it clear that the importance of nurses is linked to the process of health education, motivating hypertensive and diabetic patients to realize awareness and self-care, knowing the great resistance of adherence to treatment, providing a systematized care with intention. to improve the quality of care, requiring more specific knowledge, planning, organizing and developing with the team individual and collective actions aimed at the promotion, prevention and recovery of the health of these patients.
Objetivo: Analisar a avaliabilidade do Projeto Vivências e Estágios na Realidade do Sistema Único de Saúde (VER-SUS). Metodologia: Estudo de Avaliabilidade, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado no estado do Piauí. Procedeu-se análise de documentos oficiais do VER-SUS, entrevistas com 32 atores envolvidos na execução do projeto e construção de consensos nos resultados da avaliabilidade. O material empírico foi submetido à análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: Foram identificados os objetivos e metas do Projeto VER-SUS, bem como sua operacionalização no estado do Piauí, o que subsidiou a sistematização do Modelo Lógico. Este foi submetido à apreciação dos atores entrevistados que participaram da execução do projeto, estabelecendo-se um consenso em relação aos pressupostos, à coerência interna e o problema ser resolvido pelo projeto, considerando-se os resultados esperados e impactos. Considerações finais: Os resultados demonstraram que o VER-SUS é passível de avaliação, pois o modelo lógico permitiu a identificação de dimensões que se constituem focos prioritários de processos avaliativos voltados a aferir sua efetividade, cujo problema principal é a formação de profissionais críticos e sensíveis às necessidades da população e ao fortalecimento do SUS.
Introduction: Currently, educational institutions are inadequate in preparing health professionals for the social demands of the Brazilian health system. Because of this, educational institutions have been encouraged to reform their didactic and pedagogical practices and develop processes that, among other things, have equity, recognise the health needs of the population and foster multidisciplinary teamwork. These education reforms are seen as necessary steps for changing the health care model. Objective:To describe the applicability of active methodologies, such as the learning strategy of the Charles Maguerez Arc in nursing education.Method: This is an experience report, conducted in a State School of Professional Education in the macro-region of Cariri, of Ceará state, Brazil. The participants were 38 students from the nursing course integrated to the high school, aged between 13 and 15 years. The problematization methodology through the Charles Maguerez Arc was used. The activity was divided into four parts. First, a presentation to the participants was given, followed by an explanation of the problematization strategy and the Charles Maguerez Arc. Then a text was read to the students to get them thinking about an issue and the class was divided into small groups for the implementation of the Arc. Finally, there was a presentation by the groups on these Arcs.
Introduction: The Centre for Health Support Family -NASF has a innovative character with potential to concretize change in the organization of services and in care practices, supporting and expanding the solvability of the actions of the teams of the Family Health Strategy -FHS. To this end, it must operationalize technologies, arrangements and care management devices.Objective: To describe the care management technologies, particularly in the professional dimension, operated by the teams of the Support Centre for Family Health, in its dialogue with the Health Strategy. Methods:Case study with a qualitative approach, with the 12 professionals from a NASF team of Maracanaú, Ceará, Brazil. Focal group was performed. The empirical material was analysed based on the content analysis. Results:There is evidence of a proposal for production of integral care based on the use of technologies as host, bond, autonomy and accountability. The user approach is based on the principles of the extended clinic. However, there are difficulties related to the regulation of access, the construction of bonds, the construction of therapeutic projects and intersectional articulation.Conclusions: It appears necessary to overcome the challenges, strengthen mechanisms for coordination and for negotiation of la-
Introduction: the context of teaching practices, particularly in health, given the incorporation of technology resources, challenges teachers to adopt innovative educational strategies that promote interactivity, flexibility and autonomy. Information and communication technologies -ICT's, enable the creation of virtual learning environments, and the blog is a possibility to operationalize educational practices according to demands of the digital age.Objective: to report and analyze the experience of building a blog as educational tool, applied to health education.Method: This is an report of the experience of development of a formative teaching process in health, sought to exploit the teaching practices with the use of ICT›s. The experiment involved teachers and students in a master›s program, as well as users of a health service. The information gathered based on the records of this process by the students, on the presentation and evaluation of experience in classroom in 2015, presented through narrative. Results:The process of construction and operation of the blog, as the ICT implementation strategy to health education, enabled the students responsible for the activity experience a process of meaningful learning, permeated by role and autonomy. In the perspective of joint education and health services, the blog has proved potent for the development of health education among the users.Final thoughts: the blog has made it possible to develop the integration and collaboration between the subjects involved, as well as critical reflection about the educational tools in the field of health. In this way, ICT›s have proven powerful in developing an emancipating education and transformer of social reality.
El objetivo del artículo es evaluar el riesgo, la vulnerabilidad y la exposición a desastres de la sede municipal de Galinhos, provincia de Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil. La investigación se desarrolló en 3 etapas: revisión bibliográfica y definición de la metodología utilizada; visita técnica de campo; y actividades de recopilación de datos posteriores al campo. Se identificó que en la sede de Galinhos existen sectores con riesgo al avance del nivel del mar y poblaciones en contexto de vulnerabilidad. Como resultado, cuatro sectores fueron considerados críticos y demandan mayor atención por parte de la gestión, así como la implementación de infraestructuras que brinden apoyo preventivo.
