En la implementación local del concepto de reparación colectiva con enfoque diferencial, es factible evidenciar las divergencias entre la norma y los colectivos sujetos de reparación. El objetivo de este artículo de reflexión, es caracterizar el proceso de reparación colectiva vivenciada por el pueblo indígena Ette Ennaka en el marco de la Ley 1148 de 2011 en Colombia. Metodológicamente, se acudió a la etnografía y a la hermenéutica jurídica, así como al uso de herramientas cualitativas como la entrevista estructurada y la observación participante.
<p>Las víctimas de la violencia en el Departamento del Magdalena han sido silenciadas de Comunicación social y periodismo de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda seccional Santa Marta.</p><p>por el olvido sistemático del gobierno, de la sociedad en general y de los medios masivos de comunicación, que al establecer sus agendas de contenidos, no tienen en cuenta el sufrimiento casi permanente de los tradicionalmente excluidos de la sociedad. En ese proceso de negación constante y de aplazamiento de los derechos de las personas en condición de desplazados forzosos, las víctimas de la violencia desarrollan interna y externamente resiliencia. El presente artículo, retoma de forma general los aspectos claves de la investigación, sobre memoria y resiliencia que actualmente desarrolla la Escuela de Comunicación social y periodismo de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda seccional Santa Marta.</p>
El autor reflexiona con aproximaciones críticas sobre los principales desafíos de la calidad educativa en la era conceptual, el argumento principal es la necesaria correlación entre lo global y lo local, asi como el rol de los líderes de procesos educativos en evidenciar este panorama, que logre edificar una educación pertinente y transformacional así como propiciar procesos efectivos de gestión del conocimiento en el marco de las rendiciones de cuentas, que en últimas son los espacios que posibilitan los procesos de acreditación internacional.
El artículo de reflexión realiza un abordaje con los presupuestos básicos de la metodología hermenéutica sobre dos casos empresariales, una nacional y otro internacional. Ambos son vistos como neo-formaciones de una alta individualización del trabajo, orientado como un estilo de vida, con la libertad empresarial como narrativa central, con prácticas altamente innovadoras de gamificación y cuantificación del yo, en el marco del capitalismo digital.
El artículo de reflexión aborda con una metodología propia de la hermenéutica jurídica y con técnicas cualitativas de procesamiento de la información, el problema de la efectividad normativa del proceso de reparación de las víctimas de la masacre de Mejor Esquina. Es de anotar, que el uso metodológico posibilitó la interpretación de normas, de material documental, de extrapolaciones teóricas y de análisis de jurisprudencia. La estructura de los argumentos se presenta de la siguiente forma: En el item uno se analiza la técnica violenta de las masacres como sistema estructurado de control social, basurización simbólica (Silva Santiesteban, 2008) y eliminacionismo, especialmente, se documenta la masacre de Mejor Esquina como un caso de justicia postergada. El item dos propende por evidenciar las luchas de la posmemoria y la necesidad imperiosa de instaurar una justicia anamnética como garantía de no repetición.
