In the last few years, employee performance has decreased because the wages received are considered insufficient to meet the needs of a decent life. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze those influencing wage policies and employee performance in companies in the Bekasi Regency industrial area. The study population was employees of companies in the industrial area of ​​Bekasi Regency. In accordance with structural equition modeling (SEM), a sample of 285 respondents was selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was applied by applying government regulation theory, trade union theory, labor productivity theory, wage policy theory and employee performance theory. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM with the Lisrel Version 8.80 application. The results showed that the direct effect of government regulations, labor unions, work productivity and living costs has a significant effect on wage policies and government regulations, labor unions, wage policies have a significant effect on employee performance and indirect effects. government regulations, labor unions, work productivity, cost of living, have a significant effect on employee performance through wage policies.

Kebijakan tentang otonomi daerah seperti yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1999 harus dipahami dalam setting sosial dan politik. Latar belakang munculnya dan semangat zaman yang menjiwai disusunnya kedua Undang-Undang tersebut. Dengan memahami setting sosial politik kedua pada saat kedua Undang-Undang tersebut disusun dan membandingkan dengan setting politik yang melatari lahirnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 Tahun 2000 sebagai peraturan pelaksanaannya, danakan mengantarkan pada penjelasan tentang substansi, makna dan implikasi dari kebijakan yang dimuat di dalamnya.

The 1992 Traffic and Transportation Act perceives transportation as an important and strategic tool to improve economic development. However, problems such as traffic jam and bad infrastructure remain unsolved; with community behaviour as one of its root. Therefore, transportation problems ought to be resolved through socio-cultural approach besides physical improvement.  Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan 1992 memandang transportasi sebagai alat yang penting dan strategis untuk mendorong perkembangan ekonomi. Namun demikian, banyak masalah yang belum terselesaikan, seperti kemacetan dan infrastruktur yang buruk. Masalah-masalah itu berakar dari perilaku masyarakat. Dengan demikian, masalah transportasi mesti dipecahkan melalui pendekatan sosial-budaya selain perbaikan fisik.

Organizational phenomena that are still being faced are coordination and consolidation, different qualifications of human resources, large work areas, and the lack of facilities (technology) and assistance facilities for the community. The purpose of this study was conducted to develop variables that influence Loyalty in the Digital Age and the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Observers of Plant Pest Organisms (POPT) in South Sulawesi Province. The research method uses the Mix Method to determine the relationships and influences between variables, with 200 respondents. Selection of the sample using judgment sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL and SPSS. The results showed that the Human Resource Management variable had the most influence on building loyalty. Overall the variables of Human Resource Management Practices, Motivation, Communication, have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but the variable that has the greatest influence on job satisfaction is the communication variable. Meanwhile, the stress variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction
