The implementation of online learning at the beginning of the covid-19 outbreak brought up some interference for most teachers and students. Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) is thought to be the answer for teachers in dealing with current online learning problems. This study aims to explore the TPACK skills of Lampung language teachers and the advantages and problems of online Lampung language classes. A survey method was employed to conduct this study in which a questionnaire consisting of 33 statements and 5 open-ended questions was administrated to 138 Lampung language teachers in Lampung, Indonesia. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by using factor analysis and the descriptions of teacher explanations. The results showed that Lampung language teachers, in general, have mastered TPACK in their online classes such as the use of various learning media and educational platforms. Giving assignments in creative forms such as making videos of folk songs during the learning process amid the pandemic using local languages can be used by Lampung language teachers to create non-boring learning. This study provides an overview of Lampung language teachers' TPACK skills and some information related to the problems and advantages faced in online Lampung language learning during the covid-19 pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the process of Indonesia language learning is held in online in which it needs supporting technological tools and innovative learning approaches or models to create interactive and interesting learning process of Indonesia language. A bibliometric analysis was used to provide the bibliographic and bibliometric review related to the emerging trends of technology-based foreign language learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. VOSviewer and Publish or Perish (PoP) were some software employed to analyze the documents published between 2020 and 2022 from the Scopus database. The results revealed that there were 100 publications and 199 citations regarding the use of technology in foreign language learning in which the development of the number of publications and citations relatively fluctuated. Digital platforms such as learning management systems and social media applications were the trending technologies supporting the foreign language learning process. Subsequently, the trending foreign language learning in the COVID-19 pandemic implemented distance or online learning involving blended learning, mobile learning, or remote learning. Therefore, this study specifically implicates the Indonesian language learning in which teachers or lecturers can implement distance or online learning in teaching the Indonesian language to prevent the deployment of COVID-19 supported by digital platforms.

To date, the development of technological literacy studies representing the dynamics and phenomena of research regarding technological knowledge, technological capacity, and critical thinking-decision making has not been reported in scientific publications. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a bibliometric and bibliographic review regarding technological literacy studies. A bibliometric analysis was used to conduct this study in which 83 selected documents from the Scopus database published between 1991 and 2022 were the data. Some analyses, such as performance, citation, co-word, and co-authorship, were carried out to analyze the data supported by VOSviewer and PoP software. Results of this study revealed that the number of studies regarding technological literacy increased gradually, while the progress citations on the studies of technological literacy were not consistent every year. In addition, the most productive and influential documents, authors, countries, institutions, and sources contributed to developing technological literacy research. Furthermore, autonomous technology is expected to be the newly trending research in the technology field. Consequently, the studies about autonomous technology can be directed to further educational studies focusing on technology education. The development of autonomous technology in the future, like a robot for teaching, contributes to educational advancement.
