Ni/Cr-layers of 100, 500 and 800 C2/o evaporated a t 300 OC by sublimation on ceramic substrates indicate a continuous variation of the TK with the composition of t,he layer. The TK of chromium and nickel layers was measured as extreme values in thc negative and positive region. Here, thc TK zero is obtained for composition of the layer of 55 to 60% of chromium.Ni/Cr-layers evaporat,ed on at 100 "C show a T K anomaly at a composition of the layer of about 50% of chromium which must be attributed to the structure. The best stability was obtained for layers with approximate 40% of chromium and increases with the temperature of the substrate.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
