From the synergistic approach position, an attempt to reflect on the main axiological problems of the online education in higher school in the format of the heutagogy concept, representing the semantic system of the education modern subject regulation and self-learning intentions, is made in the article. In the triad of pedagogy-andragogy-heutagogy, the authors reveal the means, motivation, focus of the subject’s learning, teacher’s role at each stage of education, they describe the values of the personality, possessing a formative and guiding beginning; having a consistently significant character for a person, which allows expediently organizing an educational process, bearing a controlled nature. The dynamic context of the subject’s values development is presented in the article with the knowledge accumulation cumulative process; it is described by the main mechanisms that determine the student’s semantic picture appearance. For the pedagogical science institutionalization, the article reminds of the individual social inheritance essential attribute. Verification of the pedagogical knowledge different scale and its growth became possible due to the concept value retrospective analysis from the position of three main directions development: social, theoretical, methodological, which made it possible to answer the main question of technologies: how to discover the semantic intentions of the subject, to reflect them, to initiate their appearance, to transfer into self-actualization mode in heutagogy format.
An individual acquires environmental knowledge and skills (competencies) in several ways. In addition to direct training within the framework of special courses, the ecology of everyday interactions and human behavior is of great importance, especially in the early stages of development, starting with preschool age. The ecology of pedagogical interaction as a system of environmentally literate relationships between educational subjects includes a number of indicators, including those related to the formation of the personal prerequisites for such interaction. One of them is the teacher’s resistance to stress, which he forms and develops also in his wards. The aim of the study is to analyze the resistance to stress of a teacher as a factor in the ecology of educational relations and interactions. The profession of a teacher in a preschool institution is highly and diversely stressful, requiring self-regulation (self-management), due to a significant psychological load that exceeds that of many other specialists. Stress resistance of a teacher of a preschool educational institution plays an important role in building and improving didactic relations, as well as the formation and development of environmental literacy and human culture.
An additional photodetector array BLPP-369 was installed on a «Grand-Potok» complex for rapid atomic-emission determination of the fluorine concentration in fluorite samples. Introduction of fluorite samples was carried out using the spill-injection method simultaneously with high pure calcium oxide introduction using the second conveyor belt. The use of an additional photodetector array with a spectral range of 528 – 536 nm provides the possibility of expanding the spectrum of CaF molecular lines with the intensity sufficient for determination of fluorine concentrations in fluorite samples. A calibration curve for fluorine determination in a concentration range of 0.12 – 47.63% was plotted using measurement results for 200 fluorite samples. Integration of the additional photodetector array provided increased detection limit for the mass fractions of fluorine up to the maximum possible concentrations in fluorite samples. The observed effect simplifies and speeds up the analysis in the absence of the necessity to dilute the sample, thus reducing the error of measurements. The results show that there is no need to introduce additional buffer mixtures (except CaO) and use reference lines to determine the fluorine concentration, which also simplifies the measurement procedure.
Improving the quality of human capital in transport is closely related to the development of the ability of transport specialists to self-regulation. The training of modern, qualified transport specialists (as human capital development strategy) requires no less highly qualified teachers and managers, capable of not only managing others, but also themselves. In modern socio-cultural space, researchers pay special attention to the preservation and development of man as the highest value, the recognition and upholding of him as the highest value on earth. Such an understanding assumes the professionalism of consultative interaction with the client as a person, partner and professional, based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics and properties, processes and results of human activities. Appeal to followers in understanding the human mental life is associated with well-known methods for diagnosing and transforming the most complex internal world of a person, as well as the features, processes and results of the interaction of the internal and external worlds surrounding a person. Psychological comprehension of a person, penetration into the matrix structures of his personal, interpersonal and professional formation and development is sometimes serious difficulties, so our appeal to the psychodynamic and behavioural models of self-regulation, as well as in social and individual psychology and their methods, is dictated by these ideas. The appeal to classical conceptual constructs, in particular, modern and traditional domestic and foreign psychology, allows us to comprehend and practically develop methods and methods of immersion in the mental world of a person, his research, as well as subsequent transformation and development.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
