Abstrak Program pemberdayaan ini untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah milik warga dalam rangka pengoptimalan fungsi lahan dengan teknik budidaya tanaman sayuran secara vertikultur. Jenis tanaman holtikultura khususnya sayuran masih jarang dilakukan proses budidayanya oleh masyarakat sekitar, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran oleh masyarakat dipenuhi dengan cara membeli kebutuhan sayuran. Selain permasalahan mengenai ketidakmampuan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran, potensi pekarangan rumah atau lahan di sekitar rumah kurang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Dari beberapa permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan kegiatan yang dapat menangani permasalahan dengan pemanfaatan lahan kosong menggunakan teknik pertanian secara vertikultur. Untuk itulah diperlukan pemahaman awal tentang pentingnya pertanian rumah tangga yang menjadi potensi warga Sadang dalam pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Warga dan kelompok tani untuk memaksimalkan hasil pemberdayaan selain itu leaflet sebagai sarana edukasi diberikan sebagai panduan. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan: pertama Sosialisasi oleh pakar Vertikultur kepada warga dan kelompok tani, kedua Pelatihan mulai dari pembibitan ketiga Pendampingan terkait dengan pemanfaatan pertanian rumah tangga (Pekarangan Rumah) dengan teknik budidaya tanaman sayuran secara vertikultur. Dari rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, ada beberapa indikasi keberhasilan dari program tersebut. Di antaranya sikap warga yang menunjukan perubahan positif yaitu adanya peningkatan kesadaran warga yang mayoritas petani akan pentingnya pemanfaatan pekarangan untuk penanaman tanaman sayuran secara vertikultur dengan ikut keterlibatan kegiatan, antusiasme warga/ petani dan kesadaran untuk pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan serta adanya pilot project budidaya tanaman sayur dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan secara vertikultur dapat terlaksana. Pemberdayaan perempuan menjadi konsentrasi salah satu organisasi Muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan yang bergerak dalam berbagai bidang sangat mendukung upaya pemberdayaan perempuan. Muhammadiyah memiliki berbagai amal usaha, salah satunya pengelolaan badan usaha di organisasi otonom. Melalui Organisasi Otonom yang bergerak dalam ranah keperempuanan yaitu ‘Aisyiyah. BUEKA merupakan skema program pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang diluncurkan oleh Pimpinan Pusat ‘Aisyiyah. Skema dirancang untuk memberdayakan Ibu rumah tangga, minimal dapat mempunyai usaha mandiri seperti usaha yang berbentuk home industry. Salah satunya di Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah Mergangsan. Satu hal yang menjadi fenomena adalah adanya potensi yang luar biasa dari BUEKA yang dikelola oleh PCA Mergangsan dan ini yang menjadi pijakan untuk dijadikan best practise di masyarakarat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi menjadi aset penting dari keberlangsungan dan keberlanjutan BUEKA.Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Ditinjau dari tema pembahasan dalam penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder yang diuji dengan teknik triangulasi. Manfaat penelitian bagi akademik adalah menambah wawasan dan bahan pengembangan penelitian, dan bagi praktisi adalah sebagai referensi, sumber informasi dalam pengelolaan BUEKA/ badan usaha baik ditingkatan Aisyiyah maupun ortom lain sekaligus bisa bermanfaat untuk referensi secara umum.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Perempuan, BUEKA (Badan Usaha Ekonomi Keluarga Aisyiyah)
Dusun Turus merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Tanjungharjo, Kecamatan Nanggulan, Kabupaten Kulonprogo yang memiliki potensi di bidang pertanian dan kerajinan. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah milik warga dalam rangka pengoptimalan fungsi lahan dengan budidaya kaktus hias . Program ini beralasan karena adanya permasalahan irigasi pertanian di Dusun Turus yang saat ini masih dalam perbaikan dan mengakibatkan kekeringan di lahan pertanian warga. Tujuan diadakannya program ini agar warga masyarakat Dusun Turus menambah wawasan / pengetahuan serta kemandirian dengan memberdayakan penanaman tanaman kaktus hias yang memiliki daya jual. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada warga dan kelompok tani dan untuk memaksimalkan hasil pemberdayaan selain itu leaflet sebagai sarana edukasi diberikan sebagai panduan. Adapun langkah-langkahnya: pertama dengan cara sosialisasi terlebih dahulu tentang tanaman kaktus kepada warga dan kelompok tani, kedua pelatihan penanaman Kaktus dirangkai pada pot dan media tanam yang merupakan hasil kerajinan warga. Program ini dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan yakni pemantauan hasil kaktus yang telah ditanam sampai pada kesiyapan tanaman untuk siyap dijual. Dari rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan ini ada beberapa indikasi keberhasilan yakni diantaranya sikap warga yang menunjukan respon positif akan pentingnya pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah , antusiasme warga / petani dan kesadaran untuk pemanfaatan pekarangan menuju kemandirian ekonomi dengan potensi penjualan kaktus hias.
This research aims to find out whether there is a positive and significant effect of (1) learning motivation on students' achievement, (2) social support on students' achievement, (3) learning motivation, and social support on students' achievement. This research was quantitative, located at Aisyiyah female orphanage Serangan. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire method, and SPSS 17.0 was used as data calculation software. The questionnaire method was used to measure the effect of learning motivation and social support on the students' learning achievement, whereas SPSS 17.0 software was used to measure the students' learning achievement. The research result shows that Adj R Square value is 0,533, which means that learning achievement has been 53% affected by the variable of motivation and social support. The rest, 47%, is explained by the external variable. It can be concluded that the independent variable (learning motivation and social support) has an effect on learning motivation.
This empowerment program aims to increase the productivity of the community, where there is still no public awareness of the importance of existing potential so that some strengths and opportunities hampered by good constraints Both inside and outside challenges. The method of implementation done by counselling, training and mentoring to the residents and partners namely PKK mothers to maximise the outcome of the series of activities, besides the leaflet as an educational facility given as a guide. From the implementation of Salak processing activities to brownies, there are some indications of the success of the program. Among them, the attitude of citizens who showed a positive change is the increase of awareness of the majority of farmers who are the most important creativity processed salak to be made independently and in groups, can be consumed and can be sold to Increase of citizen income. Research aims: The purpose of this study is to reveal/investigate how the organizational culture changes the readiness of human resources through entrepreneurial competence to run an organization. At present, the organization's existence is very competitive with other organizations, making human resources a strategic resource owned by the organization. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to many events that cause changes in the environmental forces that influence them.Design/Methodology/Approach: The type of research is quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire as the survey technique. The analysis of this research was carried out by conducting a classic assumption test, including the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed employing multiple linear regression analysis, namely the coefficient of determination test (R2), simultaneous significance test (F), and the test of the significance of individual parameters (T). Intervening variables were tested with path analysis and multiple tests.Research findings: This study’s results revealed that organizational culture, readiness for change, and competence positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational culture and/or readiness for change with competence as an intervening variable also positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship was influenced by 64% by organizational culture and readiness for change in human resources. Meanwhile, the remaining 36% was explained by other variables outside this study’s model.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research is that organizational entrepreneurship is a reference for business independence in an organization.Practitioner/Policy implication: Organizational entrepreneurship exists in organizations that have business entities for organizational independence.
Background – Organizational entrepreneurship is one of the solutions used to maintain the existence and sustainability of an organization oriented towards community empowerment in Indonesia. Aim – This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence using the Spencer model on organizational entrepreneurship. Design / methodology / approach – The research respondents were all 35 female partners at BUANA. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The modified human resource competency instrument from the Spencer Model, and Organizational Entrepreneurship uses an adaptation instrument from Spencer and Spencer's initial research. The analytical tool used to measure the level of data validity is the correlation coefficient using SPSS17.0 software. Result and Discussion – The results of the study indicate that the competence of Spencer's human resources concept which consists of motivation, nature, attitude, knowledge and skills has a very important role in the effort to develop Organizational Entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship is found in various organizations in the community and can increasingly provide space in driving economic activity in the community and groups/organizations. Conclusion - Based on the results above, the value of HR Competence with Organizational Entrepreneurship shows a linearity significance so HR Competence was linear with Organizational Entrepreneurship. This coherence with HR Competencies affected Organizational Entrepreneurship.
Background - Job satisfaction, communication and OCB are indicators used to achieve company goals. Bank Madina Syariah is one company that pays close attention to these three things in operating activities in the work environment. Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the OCB of Bank Madina Syariah in Yogyakarta region, as well as to determine the effect of communication on OCB of Syariah Bank. Design / Methodology / Approach – This type of research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire distribution method using a 4-point Likert scale. The result of this study is that job satisfaction and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Bank Madina Syariah. Result and Discussion – Simultaneous regression results, obtained the F-count value of 20,570 with probability (p) = 0,000. Based on the provisions of the F test where the probability value (p) ≤ 0.05, Organizational Communication, Job Satisfaction simultaneously affects OCB. Job satisfaction variable obtained t-value of 2,977 regression coefficient (beta) 0.476 with probability (p) = 0.005. Based on the results of data processing where the probability value (p) ≤ 0.05, it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Communication variable with probability (p) = 0.001. The result of the t-value is 3,549, it can be concluded that communication has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Conclusion – Job satisfaction and communication have a significant positive effect on Organizational Behavior Citizenship at Bank Madina Syariah, so that the more satisfaction is established and the better communication runs, the more it can form OCB in the work environment.
