Background: Labor with sectio caesarea may result to an impact after surgery, namely pain. The pain reduction technique that can be done is cutaneous stimulation of Slow Stroke Back Massage.Objective: This study aims to determine cutaneous stimulation  of Slow Stroke Back Massage towards pain in post sectio caesarean patientsMethods: This study used Pre Experimental Design with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The samples studied were 20 patients of post SC surgery by consecutive sampling technique. The instrument used a VAS scale observation sheet. The research data were analyzed through Wilcoxon test.Results: The results showed that the average pain intensity before the intervention was 6.10, the average intensity of pain after the intervention implemented reached 3.90, there was a difference of pain intensity in post sectio caesarean patients before and after cutaneous stimulation technique of Slow Stroke Back Massage (p-value = 0.001)Conclusion: there is an effect of cutaneous stimulation of Slow Stroke Back Massage on pain in post sectio caesarean patients.

Hipertensi salah satu penyakit dimana setiap tahun angka kejadiannya semakin bertambah. Program CERDIK serta PATUH menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam penanganan hipertensi. Tekanan darah terkontrol dengan melakukan perilaku manajeman hipertensi atau perilaku CERDIK dapat mencegah terjadinya komplikasi bahkan kematian akibat hipertensi. Penelitian dilakukan yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku CERDIK dengan tekanan darah peserta prolanis di Puskesmas Bobotsari Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan randangan survei studi korelasi dan cross sectional sebagai pendekatannya. Pasien hipertensi yang tercatat sebagai peserta Prolanis di Puskesmas Bobotsari sebanyak 101 responden dijadikan sebagai responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan spignomanometer dan  kuisioner perilaku CERDIK. Penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata skor perilaku CERDIK adalah 5 dan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 150.58 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik sebesar 87.11 mmHg. Uji bivariat dengan person product moment didapatkan nilai p-value hubungan perilaku cerdik dengan tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 0.042 ≤ α serta nilai correlation coefficient -0.203 dan hubungan perilaku cerdik dengan tekanan darah diastolik sebesar 0.046 ≤ α serta nilai correlation coefficient -0.199.  Kesimpulannya bahwa perilaku CERDIK berhubungan dengan tekanan darah peserta prolanis dimana semakin meningkatnya perilaku CERDIK maka rendah tekanan darah dengan kekuatan hubungan kurang

Universitas Bangka Belitung is currently supplied by electricity from the State Electric Company in 690 kVA. Concerning utilizing renewable energy at Universitas Bangka Belitung, the solar power plant is an alternative energy source that will implement. Therefore it is necessary to design a solar power plant with a monitoring system to be known at any time the performance of the solar power plant. Monitoring is conducted in real-time via a website displaying several photovoltaic parameters, including voltage, current, humidity, temperature, and solar irradiation. From the measurement results obtained environmental parameters for temperature between 26°- 56.4°C, humidity 23.6% RH - 85.6% RH and solar irradiation 4.4 W/m2 - 1281.4 W/m2. The measured voltage of 11.41 - 18.95 volts with the rated current from the load used is 0.05 - 1.5 amperes.

Abstract. Indonesia has abundant potentials of new and renewable energy that can be used for electricity generation, especially in rural areas which have no access for grid electricity yet. The energy resources can be from solar, water, biomass or biofuel. Many villagers still use diesel generators to produce electricity in their villages. It is considered expensive because fuel price in rural areas increases 2-3 times than the normal price due to transportation cost. Hybrid system using renewable energy resources is one of the solutions to produce electricity in affordable cost for rural area. The idea is to combine diesel generators and photovoltaic toproduce electricity. Moreover, the diesel engine fuel can be replaced with biofuel. This study will analyze the hybrid system in a small scale which consists of 1kWp photovoltaic and 3 kW diesel engine. Electric load power will vary. The system is controlled by a single bidirectional inverter whichconverts power from DC to AC and vice versa.

Hipertensi merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang paling sering dijumpai di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu gejala yang sering dikeluhkan oleh penderita hipertensi adalah nyeri. Jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, nyeri dapat memperberat kondisi hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh stimulasi titik Liv3 (Taichong) terhadap nyeri pada penderita hipertensi. Manfaat penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan metode alternatif (kompelementer) untuk mengatasi keluhan nyeri penderita hipertensi. .Desain penelitian adalah pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre and post tes one group without control design. Sampel diambil secara random dengan kriteria inklusi :  (a) tekanan darah sistolik > 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik > 90 mmHg; dan (b) usia 18 – 65 tahun. Sedangkan kriteria ekslusi : (a) mendapatkan pengobatan komplementer lain; (b) hipertensi dengan komplikasi; dan (c) sedang mengkonsumsi obat hipertensi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang. Responden mendapatkan stimulasi titik akupresuer Liv3 selama 15 menit. Sedangkan nyeri diukur sebelum dan sesudah terapi dilakukan. Penilaian nyeri dilakukan dengan menggunakan numbering pain scale. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis univariabel (distribusi, frekuensi dan rata-rata) dan bivariabel (pair t test). Hasil : tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna rerata nyeri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan nilai p = 0,207.Kata Kunci : Akupressure, Titik Liv3 (Taichong), Hipertensi

Background: Headache in the occipital region is the most common symptom of hypertension, caused by enhanchement intra-cranial pressure and vasoconstriction resulting in decreased perfusion of cerebral tissue. This causes insomnia, decreased concentration and decreased ability of daily living activity. Autogenic relaxation causes vasodilation and a calm emotional response that increases the response of the parasympathetic system. This modulation stimulus can decrease perception of headache. Objective: The aims of this study was to find out how the reduction of headache on hypertension before and after autogenic relaxation. Methods: The design of this research was pre experimental with one group pretest-postest design approach. The sample are 38 patients with hypertension who complained of headache in Mersi Purwokerto. Selection has been using purposive sampling. Measurement of head pain using visual analog scale. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Results: The mean headache before the autogenic relaxation technique was 5.24, and the mean headache after autogenic relaxation technique was 3.47, including the range of moderate pain. There was a significant difference between headache before and after the autogenic relaxation technique with p value: 0,000. Conclusion: Autogenic relaxation can be used by the elderly with hypertension to reduce headache.

It is still a challenging task to fulfill power demand of Tumba Hamlet in Tamaila Utara Village, which is an isolated area in the buffer zone of Nantu Boliyohuto Wildlife Reserve. The efforts to fulfill the demand had been carried out by the local government by distributing the Solar Home System (SHS) to all households in 2013. However, the SHS performance quickly declined because the solar panels in the rooftop covered by dense and lush trees, and then it did not work at all in 2018. This research performs pre-feasibility in building the micro-hydro powerplant (MHPP) and its sustainability potential in Tumba Hamlet to fulfill the community’s electrical energy needs without disrupting the Nantu Boliyohuto Wildlife Reserve. A basic survey was performed in exploring river resources and topographical conditions in this hamlet. Sustainability study, including technical, social, and environmental aspects, was conducted by interviewing the residents. The results show that the power needs in Tumba Hamlet are 48.5 kW. This demand can be fulfilled by the MHPP with head and water discharge of 10 meters and 0.706 m3/s, respectively. It was found that positive feedback in the technical, social, and environmental aspects of sustainability is dominant.

Ocean wave energy (OWE) is one of many promising renewable energy sources with a high energy density. By using the average wave energy data of 21-year WAVEWATCH-III (WW3) model, some areas were discovered to have a great potential for the wave energy generation. This present study was evaluating the selected Wave Energy Converters (WEC) and determining their capability to do the energy capture in the potential site of the Indonesian seas. The data of WW3 indicate the energy flux of OWE in Indonesia reached to 74.65 kW/m. The case study was conducted in the present research placed in an area of the Java Island called Cidaun, with energy flux about 42.41 kW/m. One of the Heaving Device type was used for assessing the practical energy and to analyze its development in Indonesia with certain limitations; a single round float and diameter device about two meters. The annual energy extracted from the designated WEC was approximately reached 119 GWh. Furthermore, the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) was assessed for the particular device in the selected site, resulted about 25.13 $cent/kWh or four times higher than a standard of minimum feed in tariff given by the Indonesian government.
