College interest is an attitude of interest, pleasure, love, students towards a learning activity or lecture at a particular tertiary institution or in a particular department. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic website service quality on interest in studying at AKBP Padang. Using multiple linear regression analysis that serves to measure the influence between tangible variables, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy for the interest in lectures at AKBP Padang, the number of samples that can be used in this study were 57 respondents, the sampling technique used in this research is through non probability sampling. The results showed tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy variables partially or jointly had a significant effect on interest in studying at Padang AKBP.
This study aims to analyze the role of customer service in improving services to customers PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Utama padang in the period 2013-2017. Customer service is a person directly dealing with or in direct contact with the customer (customer), customer service has a responsible role to the service and smoothness of the bank, understand the work to be carried out, especially related to service to customers. In serving the customer is very necessary attitude of customer service that can increase customer interest and able to communicate well to customers. The results prove the role of customer service in providing information to customers very well. Because the media used customer service in providing information is very good and customers feel very satisfied for the services provided customer service.
The purpose of this study was to determine the financial condition based on liquidity ratio, colvency ratio, and profitability ratios in the PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Batang Kapas Pesisir Selatan in the years 2013 – 2015. Field rasearch method by approaching directly to the company that became the object of study. Book study library to research conducted by several scientific books and papers relating to discussion conducted. The total assets in 2013 was Rp. 20.405.837.239 and increased in 2014 to Rp. 21.845.491.637, and in 2015 also increased to at Rp. 24.383.506.204. In 2013 the number of sales of Rp. 3.527.453.681 the company makes a profit of Rp. 386.631.825. In 2014 sales increasednto as much Rp. 3.820.802.620 with profit Rp. 440.536.679 and also increased from the previous year. In 2015 the company sales increased much Rp. 4.127.157.198, and makes a profit of Rp. 504.013.708.

Hasil penelitian menemukan: 1) Variabel <em>tangible</em>, 2) variabel <em>reliability</em>, 3) variabel <em>responsibility</em>, 4) variabel <em>assurance</em>, 5) variabel <em>emphaty</em> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa (Y), dan 6) variabel <em>tangible</em>, <em>reliability</em>, <em>responsibility</em>), <em>assurance</em>, dan <em>emphaty </em>secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada <em>website</em> akademik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi “KBP’ (Y).</p><p><em>This research was conducted to determine the effect: 1) variable tangible, 2) variable reliability, 3) variable responsibility, 4) variable assurance, 5) variable empathy to the satisfaction of students in the academic website services 6) variable tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy together to the satisfaction of students in the academic website ministry STIE "KBP" Padang. </em><em>Population of 1174 people.
