The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of Learning Planning textbook based mind mapping that was developed. This type of research is research and development with 4D model. The subjects of this research are material expert, media expert, and test subjects. The data collection techniques are validation sheets and tests. The feasibility result of material expert's assessment on the component aspect with a total percentage of 91.66% is included in very good criteria and feasibility assessment of material substance with a total percentage of 94.4% is in very good criteria while the result of validation based on media experts with total average score of 87 with very good criteria. The use of textbook based mind mapping in the Lesson Planning course is effective for improving college student learning outcomes with an average of 84.06 with very good criteria.
This study aims to find out: (1) the effect of organizational culture on work motivation; (2) the effect of organizational culture on teachers performance; and (3) the effect of work motivation on teachers performance. The population in this study were all teachers of public senior high school in Tebing Tinggi as many as 297 people. In determining the sample, the researcher refers to Arikunto's criteria that is taking 37% (110 people) of the population. To determine the sample of each school is used proportional random sampling technique. The instrument to collect the data were questionnaires based on the Likert Scale model. The validity was computed using the Product Moment Correlation formula while the reliability was tested using the Alpha Cronbach formula. This causal model was tested using the path analysis. Based on the analysis, obtained that: (1) organizational culture had a direct effect on work motivation with a path coefficient of 0,296; (2) a direct effect of organizational culture on teachers performance with a path coefficient of 0,185; and (3) work motivation had a direct effect on teachers performance with a path coefficient of 0,297. Based on the results of the study, the three hypotheses enforced is accepted. Therefore, the efforts to strenghen and improve organizational culture and work motivation can increace teachers performance.
This study's goal is to know the feasibility of e-book learning media on Class Management course at Elementary School Education study program, Faculty of Science Education, State University of Medan. The ADDIE model, which stands for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, is used in this type of research.Questionnaires for media expert and material expert are the instruments used to collect data. The results of the feasibility analysis show that for the material, material expert gives an average score of 4.59 which was included in "the very good" category and for the media, media expert gives an average score of 4.63 which was included in "the very good" category.
The goal of this study is to assess the feasibility of a module as a learning media for the Communication Psychology course at the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Science Education, State University of Medan. The ADDIE model of research and development is used in this research. Validation sheets are utilized as the data gathering methods. According to the results of the feasibility analysis, material expert gave a value of V is 0,82 with "the very feasible" criteria for the material and media expert gave a value of V is 0,75 with "the feasible" criteria for the media.
