The paper deals with the analysis of the resources and energy consumption at different levels of economic management. The most effective management tools are characterized. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the use of different types of resources by agri-food enterprises is carried out. Using the results of the analysis, a model that takes into account the features of general and specific for agri-food enterprises’ types of resources is proposed. The practical significance of this model lies in accumulating the most effective resource-saving and energy-saving technologies of renewable and non-renewable resources of agro-sphere (according to experience in application by different countries).
The paper presents a comprehensive approach to monitoring the level of sustainable development of the enterprise. The basic principles and elements of forming the system of monitoring sustainable development of the enterprise were considered and systematized. The paper provides an analysis of existing approaches to assessing the sustainability of the enterprise during its development. The analysis of the results of monitoring the sustainable development of the enterprise allows to record stable and unstable periods of its development, which helps managers choose the strength of management impact according to the current situation. The theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development of economic systems are elucidated on the basis of the analysis of scientific publications. The authors have pointed out the importance of introducing the concept of sustainable development and possible benefits from its use. The enterprises implementing the sustainable development strategy in Ukraine have been highlighted. Based on the results of the study, the information and analytical content of the monitoring system for sustainable development of some processing enterprises of Ukraine was substantiated. The analysis of the application directions of the sustainable concept development has been carried out and a practical example of the information implementation and analytical system for monitoring the sustainable development of a food industry enterprise has been examined using as an example the Obolon Corporation, Kiev. The positive experience of using this method of monitoring the sustainable development of the Obolon Corporation should become an example for most processing enterprises in Ukraine.
In recent years sports and recreation activities have become one of the main components of the services sector in the vast majority of countries. For the most part, it involves numerous financial resources and a significant amount of workforce. Modern sporting and recreational activities include, first of all, the constant improvement of the existing and implementation of the innovative management models. Unfortunately, numerous companies in this sphere are not sure that they will be able to function successfully without focusing on a market economy. The article reveals the theoretical and methodological aspects of the marketing-oriented approach to the management of sports and health services, and the definition of effective management of marketing tools. Laws and categories of market relations and marketing were established in the field of sports and health services. The prerequisites for the development of marketing in the field of physical culture and sports were determined. The article deals with the activities of physical education and sports institutions in Ukraine in general and in the Poltava region in particular. The study has revealed the phenomena of narrowing of the market, which is explained by several reasons: the occupation of the Crimea and a large part of the eastern regions, a sharp devaluation of the national currency and the transformation of the market itself, which is experiencing a period of maturing. The main subjects and objects of marketing activity in the sports and health sphere were investigated. The basic features of both the sports and health services and interests of the main participants of this market were substantiated. The basic functions of marketing of sports and health services were defined. This problem is quite topical and requires more systemic study. It concerns especially the issue of a brand in the sport-recreational sector. Nowadays it is difficult to ensure an enterprise successful development without a reliable brand. The strategy of a well-designed brand is actual for the fitness industry, since providing sports and recreation services is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy in the developed countries. Properly designed brand brings big profits. A person tends to strive for things he/she knows, which he/she trusts and wants to own. Strong brands with unique appeals, which are supported by the enthusiastic managers, become the body and soul of modern enterprises providing sports and recreation services.
Introduction. The purpose of the article was to develop methodological foundations for assessing and diagnosing the information security of agricultural enterprises. Methods of research. The tasks of the article were solved by means of general and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, method of grouping, dialectical approach. Results. The ways and methods of the information security assessment of the enterprise were defined and characterized. Among them are: standard-based assessment, risk-oriented assessment and economic indicators. Much of the methodology for assessing the level of an enterprise information security, agrarian enterprise in particular, were based on the identification of information risks based on US and British methods CRAMM, FRAP, OCTAVE, NIST, MSAT, COBRA and Russian GRIF 2006 methodology. Originality. It was proved that for methodological bases development of estimation and diagnostics of enterprise information security level it is expedient to use advantages of estimation methods by standard, at risk of information system and using group and private indicators of economic component of information security estimation. Practical importance. The concept of the methodology development for economic assessment and information security diagnostics of agri-food enterprises was proposed, which takes into account the advantages of the considered diagnostics and assessment methods of the information security level of agricultural enterprises, offers a quantitative and qualitative assessment of its components, determines the impact of integrated indexes on the performance indicators and safety of subjects agricultural business, and, as a result, offer effective ways to optimize the management of information security companies in agri-food sector. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the practice of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the article was to study the strategic directions of information security management of agricultural enterprises. Research methods. The tasks set out in the article were implemented using the methods of systematization and generalization, analysis and synthesis, dialectical approach. The results of the study. In the research course the main elements of the formation and implementation of the information strategy of agrarian entities were identified. Stakeholders in the formation and implementation of the information security strategy of the agricultural enterprise were identified. The main nine types of information strategies were described. There are: prevention strategy, containment strategy, surveillance strategy, detection strategy, response strategy, distraction strategy, perimeter protection strategy, compartmentalization strategy, layering strategy. On the basis of generalization of information security strategies of the agro-food enterprises the key directions of its formation and realization were determined. A logical outline of the forming process an information security strategy was constructed, which should be closely related to the main business goals of the enterprise and its corporate strategy. The current trends and best practices of information security development of the enterprise were considered. Conclusions. The research made it possible to determine the essence of information strategy of agricultural enterprises as a structured and interconnected set of weighted actions aimed at long-term protection of enterprise information objects. Practical value. The proposed process of forming the information strategy of agricultural edu-cation will allow agricultural enterprises to choose the optimal information strategy, which will be interdependent with the general strategy and will allow to form the necessary set of software, technical, hardware and organizational tools for the protection of information resources. Prospects for further research include the development of a methodology for determining the information security strategy of agrarian enterprise.
