Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan penalaran tinggi dan rendah dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS berdasarkan teori Newman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 36 siswa kelas VIII di salah satu SMP Jakarta semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 untuk menentukan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Kerangka analisis dikembangkan berdasarkan kategori kesalahan Newman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa kemampuan penalaran tinggi matematis (SKPT) memiliki kesalahan dalam memahami soal dan kesalahan keterampilan proses serta mampu menyelesaikan soal HOTS dengan benar tanpa ada kesalahan, sedangkan siswa kemampuan penalaran rendah (SKPR) rendah memiliki kesalahan memahami soal HOTS dan kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses. Faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan SKPT adalah kekeliruan dalam melakukan perhitungan dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS sedangkan, faktor penyebab kesalahan SKPR adalah pada segi kognitif yaitu kurang memahami soal dengan baik.
The objective of this research was to reveal the introvert learner’s necessities, lacks, wants and learning needs in English speaking activity. This research was conducted at three state Islamic junior high schools in South Jakarta in order to solve the introvert learners’ problems deals with self-confidence and social interaction in English speaking activity. It was presented in a mixed-method research and used the explanatory sequential strategy. The participants in this research were 106 introvert learners on the eighth grade for quantitative data meanwhile nine introvert learners and four English teachers for qualitative data. The data of the study were collected through questionnaire and interview. The quantitative data were analysed using simple descriptive statistic while the qualitative data were analysed using Creswell’s theory. The study showed that introvert learners learn English speaking skill in order to communicate properly in English and facilitate their learning in other skills. Since the difficult learning material and the lack of vocabulary were the main obstacles for introvert learners, the English teacher can give them keywords and examples, then teach based on their interest in speaking activity to support the learning process. In this regard, the introvert learners like to discuss dialogues and experience topics by pairs, watching English movies, and listening to English songs. By identifying the necessities, lacks, wants, and learning needs, the teacher can facilitate the learning process through a friendly atmosphere.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tujuan, kekurangan, minat, dan kebutuhan belajar siswa introvert dalam aktivitas berbahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini disajikan dalam penelitian metode campuran dan menggunakan strategi sekuensial penjelasan. Peserta dari penelitian ini adalah 106 siswa introvert di kelas delapan untuk data kuantitatif dan sembilan perwakilan siswa introvert dan empat guru bahasa Inggris untuk data kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan teori Creswell. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa siswa introvert mempelajari keterampilan berbahasa Inggris untuk berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam bahasa Inggris dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran mereka di kemampuan lainnya. Karena materi pembelajaran yang sulit dan kurangnya kosa kata adalah hambatan utama bagi siswa introvert, guru bahasa Inggris dapat memberi mereka kata kunci dan contoh, kemudian mengajar berdasarkan minat mereka dalam kegiatan berbicara untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini, siswa introvert suka mendiskusikan dialog dan topik pengalaman secara berpasangan, menonton film berbahasa Inggris, dan mendengarkan lagu-lagu bahasa Inggris. Seaweed or sea macroalgae are rich in potential compounds which can be used for the treatment of disease. Padina australis is one of the important brown macroalgae classes (Phaeophyes). One of the bioactive compounds of P. australis is a phenolic compound and its derivatives (flavonoid). In this research, P. australis was collected from Bayah Beach, Banten, Indonesia. For the extraction flavonoids from P. australis, ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) was employed. In this study, a three-level Box-Behnken design (BBD) and the response surface methodology (RSM) were employed to obtain the optimal combination of extraction conditions. The effects of several independent variables including temperature (30, 50, 70 ℃), extraction time (20, 40, 60 min) and ethanol concentration (30, 50, 70%) were investigated. The result showed that RSM was an accurate and reliable method in predicting the total flavonoid content with R2 value of 0.9935. The optimal UAE conditions for the highest yield of total flavonoid content were 49.70 ℃ in temperature, process time under 44.03 min, and 47.80% ethanol with 0.2162% total flavonoid content. Under the above conditions, the experimental value of total flavonoid content was 0.2144+ 0.0035%. The predicted and experimental values for total flavonoid from brown algae P. australis were not significant differences, it indicating that the developed models are accurate. Therefore, UAE using RSM is effective for the extraction of flavonoid from P. australis.
Berdasarkan profil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor Tahun 2018, data kasus penyakit Diabetes Melitus (DM) tertinggi berada di Puskesmas Sindang Barang Kecamatan Bogor Barat yaitu sebanyak 1.775 orang, namun tahun 2018 jumlah cakupan yang dilakukan pemeriksaan DM belum mencapai target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi penatalaksanaan penyakit diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Sindang Barang Kota Bogor Tahun 2019-2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas Puskesmas, kader, dan pasien DM. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel input, proses, dan output. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel input belum meratanya SDM karena wilayah yang luas, dana bersumber dari BOK dan JKN dan keuangan saat ini cukup baik, sarana dan prasana belum merata di Posbindu, serta masih ada perbedaan antara teori dengan praktik. Variabel proses masih ditemukan pasien yang tidak jujur ketika diwawancara, saat pendataan warga tidak ada di tempat, masih terdapat pasien yang tidak disiplin terhadap kesehatan tubuhnya, proses rujukan terkadang terjadi antrian, belum meratanya kader untuk mengikuti pelatihan, terkadang Dinkes kehabisan stok penyediaan obat, pencatatan dan pelaporan belum tepat waktu, dan belum terdapat jadwal untuk Dinkes berkunjung ke PKM, serta untuk output masih belum mencapai target 100% karena banyaknya jumlah sasaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penatalaksanaan penyakit DM di Puskesmas Sindang Barang berjalan cukup baik, namun belum maksimal masih ada perbaikan. Maka sebaiknya Puskesmas lebih fokus terhadap proses penatalaksanaan DM agar mencapai target yang ditentukan.
Conflict management plays an important role in directing negative conflict to positive conflict. Conflicts that occur are not always negative, sometimes they perceive conflict as something that is considered to have a positive impact in a discussion of topics in decision making. This study aims to analyze the sources or causes of conflict at the Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Purwakarta Regency, to determine the effectiveness of conflict management as an effort to improve performance at the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Purwakarta Regency, and to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of management. conflict at the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) Purwakarta. The research method used is qualitative, the data sources used are interviews, observations and literature review. Research Results: The cause of conflict in the Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Purwakarta Regency in general is due to differences in the characteristics of employee behavior who cannot accept and understand each other, differences in employee perceptions in the form of differences of opinion about work and the division of work tasks that are not appropriate. with the wishes of the employees. The source of the conflict is included in the criteria for dysfunctional conflict, which is a confrontation or interaction between groups that endangers or hinders organizational performance to achieve organizational goals. The conflict resolution process at the Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Purwakarta Regency can be said to be effective, because of discipline and good communication. The conflict management process carried out includes approaching each party involved in the conflict, then analyzing the things that are considered before deciding how to take appropriate action in providing solutions to conflicts that occur so that they will know the right way to handle conflicts that occur, then the next thing is the implementation of conflict resolution solutions that will be carried out. The factors that affect the effectiveness of conflict management at the Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Purwakarta Regency can be said to be effective because they have goals, systems and supervision and program preparation in accordance with planning.
