RESUMOA perspectiva de aprendizagem relacionada ao Balanced Scorecard (BSC) consiste naquela que assegura o desenvolvimento das outras três perspectivas (financeira, clientes e processos internos). Com vistas a isso, este estudo teve por objetivo identificar a relação existente entre qualificação e treinamento dos colaboradores com a aprendizagem organizacional sob a ótica das competências organizacionais e do BSC. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa, com finalidade exploratória e descritiva por meio de um estudo de caso. Adotaram-se como fonte de coleta de evidências documentos, registros em arquivos e observação participante. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que o tempo destinado ao treinamento, assim como o incentivo da empresa a formação educacional do colaborar reflete na melhoria da percepção do nível de satisfação deste e, consequentemente no clima e aprendizagem organizacional. Para estudos futuros, recomenda-se a realização de uma survey a fim de verificar os fatores não contemplados pelos indicadores de desempenho do BSC e que talvez justificassem parte da relação entre a perspectiva referente ao aprendizado com a aprendizagem organizacional propriamente dita. INTRODUÇÃOPara manterem-se competitivas no mercado, as organizações contemporâneas investem na criação e compartilhamento de competências sob a forma de um know-how dinâmico (RUAS, 2001). Todavia, a qualificação e habilidades dos indivíduos quando devidamente incentivadas, exploradas e compartilhadas promovem, em um âmbito abrangente, o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem organizacional (BRANDÃO; GUIMARÃES, 2001).Desse modo, o aprendizado influencia diretamente no desempenho organizacional, e, portanto, pode ser mensurado. Para tanto, há indicadores de desempenho, que possibilitam a obtenção da medida explícita dos resultados esperados, permitindo verificar o êxito de determinada atividade (HATFIELD, 1994).O Balanced Scorecard (BSC) configura-se como sendo o método de medição de desempenho comumente utilizado e que por meio de um sistema de comunicação e alinhamento estratégico possibilita a maximização da eficiência e eficácia empresarial (KAPLAN, 1994). Esse modelo é composto por indicadores financeiros e não financeiros e contempla quatro perspectivas distintas, quais sejam: financeira, do cliente, dos processos internos e da aprendizagem e crescimento (KAPLAN; NORTON, 1997).Dentre as perspectivas do BSC, a do aprendizado e do crescimento consiste naquela que fornece a infraestrutura que viabiliza a consecução das outras três perspectivas
