Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Return On Asset(ROA), Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian adalah sub sektor industri Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metodesampel Jenuh. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total perusahaan 16 perusahaan selama lima tahun.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda baik secara parsial (t Test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi ( ) sebesar 36,1%.sedangkan sisanya 63,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian. DER dan ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan PER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham
The study aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction on public senior high school principals' normative commitment. A quantitative approach with a descriptive survey was adopted. The data were collected through questionnaires. A simple random sampling technique was employed. Ninety principals in the Jakarta Capital City region were involved as participants in the research. The data obtained were analyzed using correlation and path analysis. The result showed that job satisfaction has a direct positive influence on the principals' normative commitment. Additionally, the research signified that job satisfaction's extrinsic factors are more dominating than intrinsic factors. While the indicator too, has the most impact on the principals' normative commitment is a conviction to stay in the organization. Education authorities and policymakers are urged to promote the realization of factors influencing satisfaction to enhance principals' commitment and performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (SPSS 2.3). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis reguler 2 angkatan 2013 dan variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha perguruan tinggi. A leader is a crucial factor in the life of an organization. The progress of an organization depends on the extent to which the leader can bring the organization to achieve organizational goals. What emerges is the quality of foreign workers (expatriates). Many expatriates have quality and competences under local workers. The aim of this study is to know and analyze the problem of foreign workers, whether they are capable of working in accordance with competence since many positions as expatriates occupy leaders or managers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with respondents of local workers who have ever been led by expatriates and locals. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach; the sampling method uses purposive sampling. The result of this study reveals that local leaders are more effective (than expatriate ones) due to the same culture and language. Expatriate leaders and local leaders have a different working culture that is brought from their own country so that they have their strengths and weaknesses resulted from their leadership style or the way they lead their subordinates.
