This study purpose to find out the student learning outcomes of cognitive aspects by applying guided inquiry based LKS with the help of PhET Interactive Simulations better than the conventional LKS used by schools on the subject of static electricity and dynamic electricity. This research is a quantitative research with Quasy Experimental design and the design of non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study is the students of class IX SMPN 22 Kota Jambi consisting of 5 classes. The sample used in this research is class IX C and as experimental class and class IX D as control class. The experimental class is taught by using guided inquiry LKS and control classes taught with the school's conventional LKS. Research instruments are objective questions that have been tested. This study collected data using multiple choice questions that have been tested in IXA SMPN 16 Muaro Jambi class. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class is 32.62 and the control class is 31.18. obtained the results of research that the value of t is greater than the value ttable with a significance of 0.05. Based on research that has been done tcount equal to 1.71. while the ttable is 1.67. because tcount obtained 1.71 ≥ 1.67 then H0 rejected. This shows that there are differences in cognitive learning outcomes of students using instructional based LSM inquiry with the help of PhET Interactive Simulations and LKS conventional schools.

Since the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the world of education has been affected by the application of a learning system that is carried out in a blended learning manner. Therefore, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of a STEM-based web module using scaffolding to assist the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic. The development of a STEM-based web module using scaffolding is carried out using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were obtained through interviews with physics teachers. Based on the results of interviews with teachers at one of the senior high schools in Batanghari district, it is known that in offline learning, printed books from the school library are still used. Therefore, we need an electronic module that can be accessed anytime and anywhere to facilitate the learning process. So that researchers will develop a STEM-based web module using scaffolding on straight motion physics material for class X high school. In recent years, the education system, especially in Indonesia, has begun to adapt to distance learning. Technology in the field of education has emerged. Therefore, this research has the aim of producing an E-module based on a STEM with website-assisted in learning Physics on rotational dynamics. This research was conducted by applying the research method of FODEM (Formative Development Method) and was limited to the development phase. The results of this study are E-module learning media assisted by a website that can be used through various electronic devices, with learning material based on the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) approach that can help students understand physics subjects in rotational dynamics. Further research is needed regarding the validation of this STEM-based E-modules assisted with website.
This study aims to analyze and determine the needs of teachers and students for a learning media development in the form of a STEM-based student worksheet application in . Data obtained through observation, interviews and student learning style questionnaires given to teachers and students of SMA N 1 Muaro Jambi. Teachers need an interesting and interactive learning media that can attract students' interest, while students need learning media that combines all aspects of visual, audiotorial and kinesthetic learning styles which are obtained from questionnaires.that students have visual, kinesthetic and audiotorial learning styles with a percentage of 58.3%, 58.3% and 52.8%. So thatResearchers will develop student worksheets in digital form that refer to the results of the learning style analysis. Products produced are in the form of android and based on STEM.
