This study aims to analyze the mobile phone price towards the decision to purchase Samsung mobile phone among STIE AAS Surakarta students and to analyze the quality of the Samsung mobile phone product against the decision to buy a Samsung mobile phone among STIE AAS Surakarta students. The populationS in this study were all consumers or users of Samsung mobile phones among STIE AAS students. The sample in this study was Samsung mobile phone users as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the t test results are known to significantly influence the price variable purchasing decisions. The results of the F test together with the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. R2 analysis results obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 0.0627 means that variations in changes in purchasing decision variables can be explained by nutrient variables (X1) and product quality (X2) have a positive effect on purchasing decisions by 62.8%. While, the remaining Values Of 37.2% is explained by other variables outside the model. Keywords: Price, product quality, buying decision, mobile phone.
The aims of this research is knowing the use of Instagram social media and knowing the improvement of writing skills of seventh grade students of SMP N 1 Semin. This type of research uses classroom action research. The research method used is quantitative descriptive to analyse data using numbers. The subjects in this research were students of class VIIA SMP 1 Semin. The number of students was 20 children, while the object in this research was the process (implementation of the description text in teaching learning process with the help of social media namely Instagram in class VIIA SMP 1 Semin and the results (in the form of scores obtained by students during learning activities to write descriptive text skills with the help of social media Instagram). The results shows that all students, especially class VIIA SMP 1 Semin know the social media Instagram. Most of the students are active users of Instagram. Instagram media is not used properly or is not used for any of the media when they are studying. For pre-action results in skills write a description of the average score of students 55.5. In the first cycle the average value of 68 increased by 12.5, while in the second cycle the average value of 75.25 increased from the first cycle of 7.25.
Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan desa yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai tentang pelaporan keuangan desa sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dan memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan desa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2020 di Desa Mlandi, Kec. Gerung, Wonosobo. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 10 peserta, meliputi kepala desa, sekretaris desa, bendahara, kasi, kaur, pendamping, tenaga administrasi dan perwakilan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan yaitu ceramah, tutorial dan diskusi. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar dan para peserta antusias dalam mengikuti materi. Masyarakat juga merasakan pentingnya pelatihan ini karena akan meningkatkan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa.
The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. The research aims to analyze the influence of English Fun Club extracurricular and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Bahasa Inggris 2 subject of STIE AAS Surakarta students. It is assumed that the significant different in the students daily scores and semester scores is influenced by these two variables. This research is a quantitative approach using population study or census. The population of this research is the fourth semester students of STIE AAS Surakarta who take part in the English Fun Club activities, totaling 67 people in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year and all of them are taken as research subjects. The data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. The instrument validity is tested using Product Moment and the reliability is tested using Cronbach Alpha. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regress analysis. Based on the interpretation of correlation coefficient and tested using product moment correlation formula, the results is 0.693 which proves that extracurricular activities have positive influence on learning outcomes. While the results of the partial calculation of the influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes with regression coefficient value (b) 0.663, at a significance level of 5%, the tcount is 9.984 with a significance value of 0.000. The regression coefficient has positive value and a significance value (p) <0.05, it can be concluded that there is positive influence of learning motivation on English learning outcomes for STIE AAS Surakarta students.
