This research is the development of guided discovery based electronic module that aims to know the eligibility level of e-modules and student responses to guided discovery-based electronic modules in redox reaction material. This electronic module uses the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at one of the high schools in Bengkulu with the subject 9 students of X MIPA A Students for small scale trials and 30 students of X MIPA D Students for large scale trials. From the results of the research obtained (1) the percentage of the feasibility of e-modules on the material aspect is 86,315% while from the media aspect is 91.425% so that based on the results of validation by the E-module validator is declared very valid, (2) based on the test results of the small-scale student response percentage of 75.97 % with interesting category, while for large-scale trials of 84.48% with a very interesting category. From the results percentage, it can be concluded that e-module is suitable for use in learning. Electronic module based on guided discovery is an effective tool to help students in learning redox reaction subject. E-module can be accessed by smartphone or laptop. With this e-module, students can access the study material from everywhere without any time limitation.
The aim of this research is to determining level of feasibility and response of students from the development of e-modules in chemistry course based on creative thinking ability using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker on material electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu. The type of research used is R & D (Research & Development), which uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) with the limitation of stage until implementation. The results of this research show that the chemistry-based E-Module based on creative very feasible and feasible to use with the validation results from media experts was 97.7%, material expert validation was 90.2%, readability the small group trials conducted by 9 students in class X MIPA 2 was 97.04% and student responses in the large group trial conducted by 25 students in class X MIPA 1 was 86.4% (very feasible category). This shows that e-modules in chemistry course based on the ability to think creatively by using the kvisoft flipbook maker are very suitable to be used in the learning process
The current covid-19 pandemic has an impact on Capita Selecta Chemistry lectures. The difficulty of face-to-face learning in class makes lecturers have to be able to find solutions to these problems. One of the solutions used is the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by the WhatsApp Group (WAG) application and face-to-face through the zoom meeting application.This research is a research pre-experimental research with one-group pretest posttest design, experiments conducted in one class without a comparison class. The research was conducted at a State University in Bengkulu. With the research subjects as many as 24 students who took capita selecta Chemistry course. The instruments used in this study are learning outcomes tests and response questionnaires towards applications that used in learning. Data analysis techniques include average value, normality test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test using SPPS computer program for windows version 23. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes with the implementation of PjBL model assisted by WhatsApp and Zoom applications with pretest scores of 66.042, postest scores of 84.625 and the N-gain value data obtained was 0.547 in the moderate category. Student’s response toward the use of WAG and Zoom Meeting applications was very positive. As many as 91.67% of students considered that WAG application was a very practical application and it was easily accessible to students, especially access to learning materials. [THE ACTIVITY OF THE Peronema canescens LEAVES ETHANOL EXTRACTS FRACTION AGAINST Plasmodium berghei GROWTH RATE ] The purpose of this research was to identify the secondary metabolites of compounds contained in the fraction of ethanol from leaves of Peronema canescens (Sungkai) as well as to measure the level of activity of ethanol fraction antiplasmodium leaf P.canescens against the male mice (Mus musculus) infected with Plasmodium berghei which is parasitic hemaprotozoa that can cause malaria in rodents such as rats and mice as well as molecular similarity with the parasite Plasmodium. falciparum that causes malaria in humans. The methods used in this study i.e. in maceration extraction methods to attract secondary metabolite compounds from the leaves of P.canescens followed by oil bath method to get a fraction of ethanol with the purpose of separating polar compounds from a mixture of secondary metabolite compounds contained in the sample leaf P.canescens. Assay activity against antiplasmodium males mice infected with P. berghei is done by dividing into the 5 mice group treatment i.e. Group K (-) that are quads, group K (+) given kloroquin anti malarial drug, and P1, P2, P3, which each group was given a dose of ethanol fraction from leaves of P. canescens with each dose of 0.028 (P1); 0.056 (P2), and 0.0084 g/kgBB (P3).The results of research conducted showed that administering ethanol fraction from leaves of P. canescens antimalarial activity can increase with very real on the best dose of kg BB 0084 g i.e. with the percentage inhibition of 54.06%.

Materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia adalah salah satu materi dasar untuk mempelajari materi selanjutnya seperti perhitungan kimia. Pada materi hkumhukum dasar kimia berisi tentang konsep-konsep dari hukumhukum dasar kimia. Sebagian peserta didik masih kesulitan dalam memahami materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia karena peserta didik masih sulit untuk menemukan konsep sendiri, masih sulit dalam perhitungan, dan sulit menentukan senyawa yang memenuhi hukum-hukum tersebut. Maka diperlukan pemahaman konsep yang mendalam oleh siswa agar dapat memecahkan masalah dalam perhitungan kimia. Materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia bersifat fakta, konsep, prinsip, dan procedural.Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa orang guru kimia serta pemberian angket kepada beberapa siswa di SMAN 1 Bukittinggi, diketahui bahwa sekolah tersebut telah menggunakan kurikulum 2013 dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam mempelajari materi hukumhukum dasar kimia telah menggunakan bahan ajar seperti buku teks, LKS, dan power point. Setengah dari siswa mengatakan bahwa siswa lebih semangat belajar kimia ketika dalam proses pembelajaran kimia guru menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menggunakan computer.
