The purpose of this study was to exame the effect of tangibility, growth, business risk and profitability to debt policy. This research includes causative research the population used in this study are our property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange of period 2017-2019. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. There are 30 property and real estate companies that were used as research sample. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is quantititave methods. The result shower that tangibility and company growth did not have a significant effect but had a positive relationship to debt policy, and business risk does not have a significant effect on debt policy but has a negative relationship debt policy.
Anxiety is a very familiar term that describes a state of worry, anxiety, fear, and in peace with various physical grievances. Medical students experience a level of mental exhaustion that includes anxiety. Medical faculty students have a hectic schedule of lectures, tutorial activities, practicum, lab skills and the demands to study independently outside those hours so that the pressure on physical and mental conditions is relatively more severe than other education. In addition to learning activities, medical students also conduct Objective Structural Clinical Examination (OSCE) exams as an instrument testing clinical skill of medical students. The many thoughts about the material to be learned between theory, clinical skills in the OSCE exam, osce atmosphere, OSCE testers observing participants directly, unpreparedness following the OSCE, OSCE mechanism and the same time interval of each stase make osce known as a test that causes quite high anxiety. This research aims to find out the picture of anxiety levels of students of The Faculty of Medicine Universitas Mulawarman before facing the OSCE. This research is a descriptive observational study with cross-sectional design. Sampling using stratified random sampling techniques. This level of anxiety was measured using the English version of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire which was translated into Indonesian with 14 items. The sample was obtained by 96 students. In this study, 27 students (28.12%) with mild anxiety levels, 29 students (30.21%) with mild to moderate anxiety levels, 40 students (41.67%) with moderate to severe anxiety levels.
Latar Belakang : Kejadian gempa bumi di Indonesia sering terjadi dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir, hal tersebut tentu saja banyak menimbulkan kerugian baik jiwa maupun materiil. Kabupaten Klaten sendiri gempa bumi terbesar terjadi pada tahun 2006 yang saat itu memakan korban jiwa sekitar 6.000 orang . Korban jiwa paling banyak berasal dari anak anak maupun lansia, hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang tanggap bencana terutama bencana gempa bumi. Pemerintah telah mengupayakan beberapa program untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan bencana salah satunya dengan membentuk sekolah siaga bencana (SSB). Sekolah Siaga Bencana (SSB) di kabupaten Klaten difokuskan ke kecamatan Gantiwarno dan Wedi karena jumlah korban pada saat gempa tahun 2006 paling banyak. Terbatasnya program tersebut, sekolah di perkotaan belum terjangkau untuk dilakukan pelatihan tentang siap siaga bencana. Perlunya pemberian informasi siap siaga bencana kepada anak anak dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam tanggap, tangkas dan tangguh bencana gempa bumi sehingga anak anak akan terbiasa dengan tanggap bencana. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi audio visual dan role play terhadap perilaku siaga bencana pada anak sekolah dasar Metodeologi : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5, masing-masing kelompok 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah questionnaire. The problems that occur in the field is the low of students’ mathematical reasoning abilities in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. It can be seen from the finding of observation and analysis toward the result of test given to the students. To overcome the problems, the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write is used. The purpose of the study is to find out the effct of the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write application toward students’ mathematical reasoning abilities in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. The research is quasy experiment. The population of the research is all students in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. The technique used for the sampling is random sampling. The sample of the reasearch is the students in the class XI IPA2 MAN 1 Padang as experiment class and the students in the class XI IPA1 MAN 1 Padang as control class. The instrument used in the reasearch is the test that consists of the first test to see the initial ability of the students and the final test to see toward students’ mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the finding of the research, it can be concluded: first, the students’ mathematical reasoning abilities which is taught by the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write is better than those which is taught b conventional teaching. Second, the students’ mathematical reasoning ability who have high, fair and low abilities which is taught by the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write is better than those which is taught b conventional teaching.Keywords: Cooperative Learnig Model Think Talk Write type ,Mathematical Reasoning Ability
