Humans in the development of the times, become assets for the organization. The important role of human resources for organizations is a decisive element in the activities of a company. Nurses are one of the important resources owned by hospital organizations. Nursing services are an integral part of health services in hospitals. To develop nurses to be more advanced and developing in order to achieve company goals, then one that is needed is satisfaction in work. Role conflict can affect satisfaction in the workplace. Stress can mediate these factors on job satisfaction. The formulation of this study is how job satisfaction is influenced by the determinants and stressors of hospital nurses. The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess the determinants of job satisfaction for nurses in hospitals and analyze how stressors had an impact on increasing job satisfaction for nurses in hospitals. The sample of this study was170 respondents. The questionnaire returned as many as 160 respondents. This research method with quantitative design uses path analys. Role conflict has a negative influence on job satisfaction. Role conflict has a positive impact on work stress. Job stress has a negative impact on job satisfaction. Role conflict has a negative impact on job satisfaction mediated by work stress. Keywords: Role Conflict, Work Stress, Job Satisfaction
Penghapusan jabatan eselon III dan IV telah diserukan Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemen PAN-RB) yang telah dijalankan sejak tahun 2012 memungkinkan menimbulkan banyak dampak. Universitas Negeri Semarang, sebagai institusi Pendidikan tinggi berusaha untuk beradptasi atas perubahan tersebut melalui praktik manajemen perubahan sejak diberlakukan Surat Keputusan Fungsional pada 29 Desember tahun 2020. Upaya adaptasi melalui praktik manajemen perubahan perlu diperiksa lebih lanjut apakah berdampak pada tingkat kinerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai eselon III dan IV Universitas Negeri Semarang. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh praktik manajemen perubahan pada kinerja dan kesejahteraan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian dan disebarkan kepada 81 pegawai eselon III dan IV, tingkat pengembalian kuesioner 96% (78 responden). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian: Universitas Negeri Semarang telah berhasil menerapkan praktik manajemen perubahan, sehingga ditemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada tingkat kinerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai eselon III dan IV, dan seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.
Emotional variables have been considered as a significant practice for organization. However, there is still need empirical confirmation to indicate how these emotional variables have a role in the workplace specially to interact with customer. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligent on employee performance through the following mediator variables: surface acting, deep acting, work engagement and work burnout. Data collected from 121 employees of an insurance companies in Semarang City, Indonesia were empirically tested using WarpPLS 6.0. Respondents completed measures of the variables through questioner with the Likert scale. The findings revealed that emotional intelligent was mediated surface acting, deep acting, work engagement and work burnout in which it can increase employee performance.
This study aims to find out what strategic priorities that green companies need in Indonesia. This type of research is exploratory research. The research method utilized in this research is qualitative clustering through 'idea networking' to obtain the strategic priorities of the company predicated on the green industry in Indonesia. The results of the study show that strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia have several important points, namely: Excellence, Sustainability, Eco-friendly, CSR, Value Creation, Customer Focus, Efficient. It is expected to provide important information for the green industries to face the challenges. Moreover, the results of this research can be used to conduct further research on the strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia.
Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini selain untuk mendiseminasikan hasil penelitian penulis juga untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan manajemen pada pengusaha wanita. Metode pelaksanaan program dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur, dimulai dari tahap pertama, brainstorming dengan pengusaha wanita yang tergabung dalam asosiasi. Tahapan kedua, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan pada pengusaha wanita untuk mengenalkan konsep fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Dalam pelatihan ini terdapat kegiatan simulasi praktik membuat perencanaan manajerial. Tahap ketiga, evaluasi untuk merefleksikan sejauhmana pelatihan telah dipahami dengan baik. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana bagi pengusaha wanita dalam meningkatkan keterampilan manajerial pengelolaan usaha. Hasil yang didapat adalah pelaku UMKM asosiasi Guyub Sido Rukun sangat aktif dan mereka mampu melakukan pemetaan diri melalui pemahaman teori manajemen, menganalisis situasi yang dihadapi dan solusi yang hendak dilakukan ke depan.
