This paper aims to discuss the programs carried out in realizing the vision of the Sintang District Government and the strategy to achieve good governance by the Sintang District Government. The study uses qualitative descriptive with case studies. Sintang District Government achieved the vision through programs that focus on the realization of smart, healthy, advanced, religious, and prosperous community and implements good and clean governance. The strategy undertaken by the Local Government of Sintang District to achieve good and clean governance is carried out in five stages, namely consolidation, strengthening, acceleration, development, and consolidation carried out consecutively from 2017 to 2021.
The goodIndependence of learning and motivation support the successful implementation of learning activities. Based on the data, was found that most of the students learning outcomes very good, was influenced by high level of learning independence and student motivation. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship of learning independence and achievement motivation with the learning outcomes of economic subjects of class XI students of SMA Negeri 01 Belimbing in the Academic Year 2019/2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of learning independence and achievement motivation with learning outcomes in economic subjects for class XI students of SMA Negeri 01 Belimbing in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Research results 1) There is a relationship between independence and student learning outcomes of 0.440 with a sufficient level of relationship. 2) There is a relationship between achievement motivation with student learning outcomes of 0.630 with a strong relationship level. 3) There is a significant relationship between learning independence and achievement motivation with student learning outcomes in XI IPS class of SMA Negeri I Belimbing in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan kemandirian belajar dan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 01 Belimbing Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungankemandirian belajar dan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 01 Belimbing Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian 1) Terdapat hubungan antara kemandirian dan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,440 dengan tingkat hubungan yang cukup. 2) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,630 dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri I Belimbing Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bhakti Lestari dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung 8,774 lebih besar dari (>) ttabel 1,990dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota
