Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a disease that was only discovered in 2019 and has been reported to have spread to almost all over the world. This pandemic has caused anxiety and fear for all Indonesians because it can be transmitted easily through humans. This study aims to cluster each province in Indonesia into certain clusters so that they can find out the characteristics, movements, and government policies that must be carried out in each cluster. This study uses secondary data regarding COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, which reached 4800 data from March 1 to August 11, 2020, in 34 Indonesian provinces. The four variables used were the number of cases of death, the number of cured cases, the number of active cases, and the number of deaths per one million population. Cluster 1 has a high risk because it has the highest variable number of active cases and the number of deaths per one million population. Cluster 2 has a low risk because it has a variable with the highest number of cured cases and the lowest number of active cases. Cluster 3 has a moderate risk because it has the lowest number of cures variable and the moderate number of active cases. The government policy in cluster 1 should prioritize the variable number of active cases and the number of death cases per one million population, cluster 2 must prioritize the variable number of deaths, and cluster 3 must prioritize the variable number of active cases.
The consumption pattern of the people in Indonesia is experiencing a shift. Consumption patterns that are influenced by socio-cultural factors today make people tend to consume food and drinks that are practical and easy to obtain. This pattern began in 2014 until now, making the percentage of food consumption increase by 2.5% per year. Bread is a finished food whose demand pattern has also increased. Due to the development of the middle-class population, an increase in the income of young people, and society's consumption pattern, which is increasingly shifting to a practical urban consumption pattern. The bread industry in Indonesia is still classified as the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector. Small and medium enterprises (SME) is a business sector with a significant impact on improving the economy in developing countries. The products are distributed to offices that work with bakeries and are sold in stores. This shows that the shop production must work quickly to meet consumer demand in the surrounding area. In fulfilling consumer demand, a production quality control process is required in the workstation to reduce defective products. This study aims to carry out a quality control process to reduce faulty products by using a control chart and the concept of kaizen to control and maintain the production process in bread SMEs so that quality and work effectiveness can be realized.

The successful use of an information system or technology does not only focus on the perception of the first use (initial use), but also on the sustainability of its use (continuance intention). Continuance intention is a behavior that shown by consumer to continue to use an information system or technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence continuance intention to use digital wallets among students. The results obtained from this study can be used by interested companies, such as e-commerce, internet service providers, retailers, and banks to predict consumer behavior in conducting transactions so that they can provide transaction services according to the needs and desires of consumers. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire with the help of google form. The analysis technique used is Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS-SEM 4 software. The model developed is based on the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) by adding information quality and service quality variables. By the 9 hypotheses built, there is 1 rejected hypothesis while the other 8 hypotheses are accepted. Quality service variable has no effect on consumers' initial trust to use digital wallets. The Satisfaction variable motivates users to continue using digital wallets.

Human resources (HR) take an important role in a company to improve product quality. Human Resources in terms of the number of people and skills possessed are factors that influence the production of quality goods/products. Productive workers are workers who are able to produce products or services in accordance with the quality that has been set in a short time. The problem with PT.X in the packing section is that the packing target has not been achieved as set by the company. Another problem is the presence of manual loads above the standard load set. Meanwhile, packing workers also complained about the hot working conditions. So that further analysis is needed to determine the physical and mental workload on the packing work of PT. X uses Workload Analysis and NASA-TLX as well as analysis of the physical work environment (temperature and lighting). The workload and conditions of the physical work environment experienced by workers will affect worker productivity. The results obtained based on measurements using the Workload analysis (WLA) method showed that the physical workload of the three employees was high with a value of 121.97%, 119.20%, 117.81%. The results of measurements using NASA-TLX indicate that the mental workload experienced by packing workers is overloaded with values of 80.67, 82.67, 80 respectively. lux, both are within the normal threshold according to the Ministry of Health standards.
