This research was conducted at the biggest instant noodle manufacturing company in South East Asia. In the process of producing instant noodle, there is inability to reach the target number of production, this is due to quality factor and waste in the use of raw material. Research uses lean six sigma method. In the defi ne phase, the process of identifi cation of waste is carried out by making Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Waste Assessment Model (WAM) to fi nd out the dominant waste. At the measure phase, the CTQ is decided and calculates the sigma level. In the analyze phase, analysis is done by using Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT),determining the type of dominant defect through the Pareto diagram and knowing the causes of defects with fi shbone diagram. In the improve phase, improvement is made based on the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value that is known through the FMEA method. At the control phase, the handle process is carried out so that repairs are carried out continuously. The research fi nds the highest waste weight is due to defective products of 25.03%, sigma value of 4.75, and activities that gives value added (VA) had the highest percentage of 71.31%.The conclusion of this research is the improvement recommendations that is given to reduce the cause of failure of cutter of label machine cuts body label on the type of failure of the label sealer cutting process is not suitable with standard. The improvement step is to close the distance up between the conveyor and the conveyor table in the wrapping area This study aims to overview the ability of ventilated blades to improve the performance of the Savonius rotor based on CFD simulation. Rotor performance is analyzed by static torque, pressure profi le, a airfl ow profi le and vortex area.
The consumption pattern of the people in Indonesia is experiencing a shift. Consumption patterns that are influenced by socio-cultural factors today make people tend to consume food and drinks that are practical and easy to obtain. This pattern began in 2014 until now, making the percentage of food consumption increase by 2.5% per year. Bread is a finished food whose demand pattern has also increased. Due to the development of the middle-class population, an increase in the income of young people, and society's consumption pattern, which is increasingly shifting to a practical urban consumption pattern. The bread industry in Indonesia is still classified as the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector. Small and medium enterprises (SME) is a business sector with a significant impact on improving the economy in developing countries. The products are distributed to offices that work with bakeries and are sold in stores. This shows that the shop production must work quickly to meet consumer demand in the surrounding area. In fulfilling consumer demand, a production quality control process is required in the workstation to reduce defective products. This study aims to carry out a quality control process to reduce faulty products by using a control chart and the concept of kaizen to control and maintain the production process in bread SMEs so that quality and work effectiveness can be realized.
Abstract: As a health service provider under the management of the Surabaya City Government, the puskesmas (community health center) which is the unit of analysis is committed to improving and maintaining the services provided to its customers. In this study, the integration of service quality methods is used by measuring the perception gap and expectations of servqual measurement results which then design customer satisfaction performance through quality function deployment, the application of the combination of the two methods is expected to contribute to the improvement of puskesmas performance. The results of the study are expected to be able to objectively find the gap of each dimension of servqual and provide recommendations from the analysis of quality function deployment.
Indonesia merupakan negara penghasil tempe terbesar di dunia. Usaha kecil dan menegah (UKM) tempe merupakan salah satu yang berkontribusi besar dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru di Indonesia. Persaingan yang begitu pesat pada dunia saat ini membuat tindakan pengendalian kualitas di UKM menjadi kunci utama yang sangat memengaruhi kemajuan dari UKM tersebut. UKM Tempe Semanan Jakarta Barat adalah salah satu UKM penghasil tempe yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Jakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DMAIC untuk pengendalian kualitasnya yaitu define, measure, analyze, improve dan control. Hasil dari data yang telah dianalisis menunjukkan ada tiga jenis cacat yang terjadi yaitu rasa asam, dimakan hewan dan tempe tidak jadi secara sempurna. Cacat yang terjadi pada setiap rumah pengrajin tempe menunjukkan adanya data yang berada di luar batas kendali yaitu setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan peta kendali p yaitu UCL 0.18 dan LCL 0, diagram pareto dari ketiga cacat tersebut menunjukkan rasa asam (49,4), dimakan hewan (20,5%), dan tempe tidak sempurna (30,1%).Saran dari penelitian ini adalah harus dilakukan perbaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan pada pekerja tempe sehingga proses pencucian tempe menjadi lebih baik dengan membentuk organisasi paguyuban khusus untuk memberikan pelatihan secara berkala.
This research is based on the idea that marketing activities play an important role in increasing the company's sales volume. In marketing activities a strategy is needed by the company to achieve sales targets that have been set. Therefore this researcher aims to describe the effect of Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment on Repurchase Intention on Grab customers' online motorcycle taxi in Medan. The study was conducted in the District of Siti Rejo I, Medan. The research approach used is associative. The population of this study is Grab customers whose numbers cannot be known with certainty. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection instruments using questionnaires that were assessed on a Likert scale, each of which was tested and met the requirements of reliability and reliability. Data analysis uses Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS). The results obtained and at the same time conclude this study include that Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be accepted.
