Antusiasme dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh minat belajar siswa. Namun kenyataan di lapangan, minat belajar siswa masih sangatlah rendah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis video dalam menarik minat belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research And Development (R&D) dengan tujuan membuat multimedia interaktif berbasis video untuk siswa sekolah dasar dan menentukan kualitas multimedia interaktif berdasarkan penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, dan penilaian teknis. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, ahli media memiliki nilai kelayakan rata-rata 82,9% dalam kategori baik, sedangkan ahli materi memiliki nilai kelayakan rata-rata 89,5% dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji coba kelompok kecil memiliki skor rata-rata 82% dalam kategori baik, dan uji coba lapangan memiliki skor rata-rata 80% dalam kategori baik, hasil penilaian guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,6% pada kategori sangat baik. Adapun perolehan nilai angket minat belajar siswa dengan uji-gain di mana pada aspek perasaan senang diperoleh N-gain sebesar 0,61 dan aspek perhatian siswa diperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,69. Sedangkan diperoleh N-gain keseluruhan aspek minat belajar siswa diperoleh 0,64 dengan peningkatan minat belajar siswa termasuk pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, Alhasil, pembuatan multimedia interaktif berbasis video dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.
Permasalahan dalam proses membaca yaitu siswa kesulitan dalam membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media kartu kata terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I di SDN Kondang Jaya III Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang.Metode penelitian ini adalah metodekuantitatif eksperimendengan designNonequivalent Control Group. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IB berjumlah 20 siswa dan kelas IC berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan membaca permulaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengukur nilai tengah terdiri dari rata-rata (mean), median dan modus. Statistik Inferensial terdiri dari uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media kartu kata terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan yaitu terlihat bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig.2-tailed) dengan uji-t adalah 0,123 lebih besar dari taraf signifikan 0,05 maka H0 diterima secara signifikan. Untuk pegujian perbedaan rata-rata nilai akhir kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yaitu dua pihak, karena nilai sig 0,003 maka H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai akhir kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yang menggunakan media kartu kata dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan media.
Learning to read is not easy, students are often faced with problems that are inside and outside themselves that cause reading difficulties. This study aims to determine the causes of reading difficulties in elementary school students and the implementation of tutoring and the results of the implementation of tutoring. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive type of research. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the difficulty of learning to read in students was influenced by internal and external factors, namely students had not memorized the letters AZ, had difficulty distinguishing letters that were almost the same, and had difficulty spelling letters, in addition to aspects of the learning atmosphere that were less supportive and student family factors that made motivation low student learning. Coaching is carried out in six stages, namely identification of cases, identification of problems, problem analysis (diagnosis), estimation of alternative solutions to problems (prognosis), problem solving actions, and evaluation of settlement results. The results of the implementation of tutoring have increased, namely students can spell and be confident when learning takes place.
The purpose of this study is to answer the problem of how to improve the English speaking ability of students who are not majoring in English at the University of Karawang Buana Struggle in general and in class in particular. specifically this study has a goal, namely: 1. Knowing the factors that affect students' ability to speak English. 2. Knowing the effectiveness of the application of learning, presentation, practice and produce learning models in improving students' speaking skills in English? 3. Knowing whether the application of the learning model of presentation, practice, produce can improve students' speaking skills in describing something using English. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The steps taken in this study; 1. Determine the sample of the population (affordable), students who are not majoring in English at the University of Karawang Buana Struggle. 2. The predetermined sample is given a pre-test of speaking ability to find out their initial ability (they are asked to tell an object based on the picture given). 3. After the pre-test results are obtained, learning is done using the presentation practice produce (PPP) method. 4. Then the test is done to see the learning outcomes using the method.
