Este estudo objetivou analisar o comportamento dos servidores públicos da prefeitura Alfa, frente às mudanças ocorridas com a implantação do ponto eletrônico. Realizou-se um estudo de caso descritivo de abordagem mista, com 61 servidores públicos e 6 secretários municipais. Os dados foram analisados por estatística descritiva e análise de conteúdo. A implantação do registro de ponto eletrônico ocorreu por imposição judicial. A comunicação da mudança ocorreu de forma informal. Os servidores públicos municipais passaram por todas as fases da resistência à mudança desde ativa a passiva até a aceitação
Neste artigo propõe-se averiguar como as teorias de custos de transação e a teoria neoinconstitucional influenciam e se tornam presentes na tomada de decisões das redes de franquia de fast food. Para tanto, realizou-se uma análise do filme Fome de Poder- que trata da origem do McDonald’s. As decisões realizadas nessa franquia mostraram-se assertivas, ao longo do tempo, consolidando-a, expandindo-a e tornando-a referência mundial. Entretanto, ao analisar a origem do McDonald’s, desde o seu processo de edificação, enquanto franquia até o seu apogeu, tornou-se possível realizar reflexões sobre os papéis do franqueado e franqueador, a importância do contrato de transação e a influência das instituições e das práticas legitimadas. O artigo enriquece e diversifica a literatura acadêmica sobre o tema franquia, entrelaçado ao processo decisório, à teoria de custos de transação e à teoria neoinstitucional.
