Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gratitude dengan psychological well-being pada mahasiswa Bidikmisi angkatan 2016 Universitas Diponegoro Semarang. Psychological well-being merupakan perasaan puas akan kemampuannya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan rintangan hidup sehingga dapat menjalani hidup sepenuhnya dan sadar akan diri sendiri melalui pengalamannya pribadi. Gratitude didefinisikan sebagai rasa terimakasih atas apa yang telah ia terima selama hidupnya, baik itu berupa hadiah ataupun manfaat yang ia terima dari pihak lain. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Bidikmisi angkatan 2016 Universitas Diponegoro yang berjumlah 1.156 orang dengan sampel penelitian 280 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Skala Gratitude (38 item, α=0,927) dan Skala Psychological Well-being (28 item, α=0,934). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non parametrik yaitu dengan Spearman Rho, berdasarkan uji korelasi Spearman Rho diperoleh rs=0,656, dengan p=0,000 (p<0,005), sehingga terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gratitude dengan psychological well-being pada mahasiswa Bidikmisi angkatan 2016 Universitas Diponegoro Semarang.
Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Indonesia berlangsung sangat cepat sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan dan penanganan khusus. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan sosial distancing dan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), serta penerapan protokol Kesehatan (5M) untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19. Pemutusan penyebaran virus ini tidak cukup hanya dengan pencegahan penularannya saja tetapi juga harus dibantu agar masyarakat memiliki imunitas tubuh yang baik untuk memerangi risiko virus Covid-19 seperti konsumsi vitamin, berjemur di pagi hari dan olahraga ringan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pesing Koneng Kelurahan Kedoya Utara Jakarta Barat, dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pencegahan virus Corona, pembagian masker dan vitamin. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi secara langsung dengan turun ke rumah-rumah warga berkoordinasi dengan Satgas Covid-19 dan metode edukasi tidak langsung dengan penyampaian informasi melalui media sosial. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang 5M dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 dengan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti menggunakan masker,mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan mengurangi mobilitas. Selain itu juga masyarakat rajin melakukan olahraga ringan dan berjemur di pagi hari serta mengonsumsi vitamin untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh
