Objetivo: Buscar na literatura cientifica evidências sobre uso da terapia por pressão negativa no tratamento de feridas. Metodologia: O estudo refere-se a uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a busca dos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados PubMed da National Library of Medicine e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde através da associação dos seguintes descritores: Ferimentos e lesões, lesões, técnicas de fechamento de ferimentos. Foram inclusos no estudo os artigos primários, disponíveis em sua totalidade, publicados nos últimos 5 anos, em qualquer idioma que atendessem a temática do estudo e excluído da pesquisa os capítulos de livros, resumos, textos incompletos, teses, dissertações e relatos técnicos. Resultado: A terapia por pressão negativa é um método terapêutico eficaz no tratamento das feridas crônicas e agudas, complexas e infectadas. O método permitindo maior controle sobre o ambiente da ferida reduzindo o edema, removendo exsudato e material infeccioso, além de possibilitar a utilização de soluções tópicas diretamente nos tecidos afetados, criando assim um ambiente favorável para a cicatrização de feridas por dá estimulação da formação de tecido de granulação e perfusão. Conclusão: Conclui-se que a terapia por pressão negativa revolucionou o tratamento de feridas, em especial ao tratamento das feridas mais complexas por ajudar a reduzir o tempo de fechamento da ferida e o tempo de permanência hospitalar.
RESUMOIntrodução: O presente estudo poderá contribuir para subsidiar as ações educativas em saúde relacionadas à vacinação, pois tem como objetivo verificar a atualização da carteira vacinação das crianças e a percepção que as mães têm sobre a vacinação de seus filhos. Metodologia: Este estudo se desenvolveu na Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) Beira Rio, do município de Tucuruí-PA, no período de outubro a novembro de 2018, com 19 mães de crianças pertencentes à área de abrangência da ESF. O instrumento utilizado para suceder a pesquisa deu-se através da Metodologia da Problematização, e através desta encontrou-se como problema o conhecimento materno acerca dos imunobiológicos. Resultados: Escolaridade foi 53% com ensino fundamental incompleto, idade 47% entre 20 a 30 anos, 74% das carteirinhas em dia, 100% sabem da importância vacinal, 90% não sabe a composição vacinal, 84% não conhecem o calendário vacinal, 42% não recebem orientações acerca da vacinação. Através da ação educativa, percebeu-se que as mães antes de receberem as informações apresentavam insegurança e pouco conhecimento em relação à alguns assuntos, mas após esta, já fizeram um relato positivo. Conclusão: apesar de as mães possuírem um nível de escolaridade baixo, elas são bem orientadas quanto à importância de realizar a vacinação para prevenir diversas doenças. No entanto, ainda possuem dificuldades no conhecimento relacionado ao nome dos imunobiológicos e sua relação às doenças infecciosas que são preveníveis. Objetivo: Relatar a construção de duas tecnologias educacionais com o tema de “Orientações para a limpeza terminal de transportes coletivos e individuais e uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) necessário ao trabalhador de limpeza para a prevenção da Covid-19” como forma de combate a pandemia. Relato de Experiência: O presente trabalho trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, especificamente, sobre a criação de um vídeo e de uma cartilha informativa como forma de combate a covid-19, sendo que tal experiência aconteceu em seis etapas: pesquisa bibliográfica, escolha do tipo de tecnologia, linguagens e recursos gráficos adequados ao público alvo, elaboração da cartilha, elaboração do vídeo e publicação das mídias em aplicativos e redes sociais. Após a divulgação das mídias, foi possível perceber que as mesmas foram bem recebidas pela população. Considerações Finais: Concluiu-se que as tecnologias educacionais virtuais elaboradas são de suma importância para o combate da pandemia de covid-19, uma vez que ações de educação em saúde comunitárias não são eficientes em virtude da fácil contaminação do vírus e necessidade de redução de aglomerações.
Objetivo: Relatar a construção de uma tecnologia educativa, do tipo manual, que visa prestar orientações para o planejamento e implementação de ações de Educação Permanente no Centro Cirúrgico de um Hospital Público no interior do Estado do Pará, com ênfase na equipe de enfermagem. Relato de experiência: Intitulado “Manual de Orientações para a Educação Permanente em Centro Cirúrgico”, esta tecnologia educativa fundamentou-se nos conceitos da Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) e das Metodologias Ativas de Ensino-Aprendizagem, buscando evidenciar a relevância da relação entre eles ao associá-los à assistência à saúde, especialmente no que se refere à assistência de enfermagem perioperatória em Centro Cirúrgico. Como resultados, evidencia-se a descrição detalhada da construção do manual, o qual foi dividido, estruturalmente, em 2 unidades: I – Sobre o que iremos falar? E II – Proposta para a execução do Manual de Orientações para a Educação Permanente em Centro Cirúrgico. Considerações finais: Este manual possui o potencial de instrumentalizar gestores responsáveis pela implementação dos processos de EPS no planejamento e na execução de ações educacionais aos profissionais que atuam em Centro Cirúrgico, com ênfase na equipe de enfermagem, estimulando o pensamento crítico-reflexivo.
