Este estudo tem por objetivo, compartilhar uma experiência bem-sucedida do uso do aplicativo WhatsApp® como recurso terapêutico e pedagógico para a educação em saúde. O recurso foi utilizado em um acompanhamento de grupo de cessação do tabagismo no cenário da pandemia da COVID-19 no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Trata-se de um relato de experiência, desenvolvido entre os meses de junho a dezembro de 2020 em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) do interior de Minas Gerias. Por meio de um grupo que contou com a participação de 10 fumantes, abstendo do uso de terapia medicamentosa e utilizando de estratégias aplicadas via WhatsApp®, foi possível aos profissionais intervir no controle e/ou cessão de fumo de 80% dos usuários. Logo, as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs) na assistência e na educação em saúde, podem ser ferramentas complementares na prática profissional para mudanças comportamentais que favorecem a qualidade de vida e prevenção de danos, como os causados pela COVID-19.

Objetivo: Identificar por meio de uma revisão sistemática a associação da duração do aleitamento materno exclusivo com a anemia ferropriva. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura realizada de acordo com a diretriz de Itens de Relatório Preferenciais para Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-análises (PRISMA). As estratégias de buscas foram realizadas a partir da estrutura PECO. Utilizou-se o software Rayyan para leitura de título e resumo dos artigos, e o escore de qualidade metodológico proposto por Donws & Black na leitura na íntegra. Os dados foram analisados de forma descritiva. Resultados: Identificou-se 3.039 artigos, e ao final, considerou-se um total de 28 manuscritos publicados entre 1978 e 2020. 60,7% dos estudos apresentaram associação estatística entre a duração do aleitamento materno exclusivo e anemia por deficiência de ferro. 46,4% relataram introdução complementar aos seis meses de idade, 25% revelaram introdução precoce de alimentos e 28,6% não avaliaram alimentação complementar. Considerações finais: A maioria dos estudos analisados apontaram associação estatisticamente significativa entre a duração do aleitamento materno exclusivo até os seis meses de idade e anemia ferropriva. Contudo, esses achados devem ser analisados com cautela, considerando que variáveis que podem interferir no desfecho da anemia por deficiência de ferro foram pouco exploradas.
Este estudo tem por objetivo, reunir e analisar evidências sobre o uso da Auriculoterapia durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se uma revisão integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados PubMed, Scopus, Virtual Health Library (VHL), Web of Science and Science Direct com estudos publicados até 11/06/2021. Utilizou-se o Guideline Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviewsand Meta-Analyses - The PRISMA Statement. A pergunta da pesquisa foi: Quais as contribuições/atuação da Auriculoterapia durante a pandemia da COVID-19? Foram encontrados um total de 16 estudos sendo que após análise, foram incluídos neste trabalho cinco estudos. Dentre os estudos analisados todos, 100% (n = 5) apresentaram uma melhora na redução das queixas tratadas e melhora na qualidade dos profissionais de saúde atendidos pela Auriculoterapia. Observou-se que a Auriculoterapia se mostrou eficaz na redução dos quadros de ansiedade, estresse, depressão além de, proporcionar uma melhora no desempenho profissional e na qualidade de sono destes profissionais de saúde em tempos de pandemia COVID-19. O presente estudo evidenciou COVID-19 resultados positivos quanto ao uso da Auriculoterapia. A terapia apresentou eficácia na redução dos quadros de ansiedade, estresse, depressão além de, proporcionar uma melhora no desempenho profissional e na qualidade de sono destes profissionais de saúde, porém estudos futuros e de melhor nível de evidência são necessários para se identificar os resultados do uso da auriculoterapia sob os impactos causados pela pandemia.
Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar as evidências científicas sobre as intervenções de educação em saúde de sífilis em adolescentes. Revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados BVS, PubMED, Science Direct e Web of Science, sem limite de tempo e sem restrição quanto a data de início da coleta, uma vez que o objetivo foi recuperar o máximo de artigos possíveis e que descrevessem ações educativas a nível de prevenção da sífilis em adolescentes. Inicialmente foram identificados 1.377 artigos, mas apenas nove atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade. A literatura mostrou que intervenções educacionais como rodas de conversa, jogos e oficinas sobre métodos contraceptivos foram eficazes para problematizar de forma ativa a participação dos adolescentes bem como uma importante oportunidade de reflexão e discussão, ampliando o campo de conhecimento deles sobre esses temas. Os jogos educativos foram o recurso de maior ocorrência encontrado nos estudos e com resultados positivos. Ressalta-se que a escola faz-se um cenário favorável nesse diálogo, uma vez que, por se tratar de ambiente do cotidiano dos adolescentes, onde permanecem a maior parte do dia, sentem-se seguros para expressar suas dúvidas, medos e sentimentos. Concluiu-se que existe uma lacuna de estudos primários na temática envolvida principalmente no público adolescente. Destacando-se desta forma, a real necessidade de desenvolvimento e aplicação prática de estratégias de educação em saúde na prevenção de sífilis na adolescência.
