RESUMOEste estudo teve como objeti vo conhecer a percepção dos enfermeiros acerca do uso do protocolo de suas atribuições na assistência pré-natal, identi fi cando as ações de saúde desenvolvidas por esses profi ssionais assim como os pontos facilitadores e difi cultadores no uso do referido protocolo. Trata-se de um estudo qualitati vo, desenvolvido junto aos enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da Família do município de Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. Para o levantamento dos dados foram realizadas entrevistas com cinco enfermeiros. Os dados foram analisados pelo conteúdo, na modalidade temáti ca. Os resultados demonstraram a necessidade de investi mentos na formação de pessoal qualifi cado para o atendimento à mulher no ciclo gravídico--puerperal, assim como a criação e a incorporação de protocolos que promovam uma melhor interação do trabalho médico e de enfermagem. This qualitati ve study was developed with Family Health Strategy nurses in Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. The data survey was performed through interviews with fi ve nurses. Los resultados demuestran la necesidad de inversiones en la formación de personal califi cado para la atención de la mujer en el ciclo gravídico-puerperal, así como la creación e incorporación de protocolos que promuevan una mejor interacción del trabajo médico y de enfermería.
The objective of the research is to understand the vision of adolescents on the prevention of adolescent pregnancy in a school in the municipality of Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. This is a descriptive study, exploratory, with a qualitative approach, with 14 adolescents. Semistructured interviews. Data were analyzed and interpreted by discourse analysis. The analysis of the reports of the subjects interviewed originated four empirical categories: perception about the importance of preventing teenage pregnancy, knowledge about the use of contraception methods, use of contraceptives methods, barriers to access to health services for the prevention of pregnancy. It is concluded that the adolescents consider the prevention of teenage pregnancy as something positive, express their Knowledge about contraceptive methods demonstrate that practicing, safe sex and unsafe and point out flaws in the quality of health care. Efforts of public power are required for the realization of the public policies in health care of adolescents.
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of home visits in a group of children and adolescents with severe asthma by using the inhalation technique score and adherence rates to drug treatment. Method: A 12-month randomized controlled trial involving patients aged between three and 17 years under regular follow-up treatment at a pediatric pulmonology outpatient clinic of a university hospital in southeastern Brazil. A group of patients received only outpatient consultations and the other group received home visits from nurses in addition to outpatient consultations. The differences between groups were analyzed through the outcomes of inhalation technique scores and treatment adherence rate. Results: Participation of 29 patients. In the intervention group, there was a statistically significant increase in inhalation technique scores (p<0.05) and elimination of critical errors between the first and the second evaluation, and results were maintained in the third evaluation. In the control group, there were no significant changes in inhalation technique scores. Rates of adherence to drug treatment in both groups did not rise. Conclusion: Home visits were effective for improving inhalation technique scores in patients with severe asthma. Brazilian Registry of Clinical Trials: RBR-8GZWZP.
RESUMO Objetivo: evidenciar o efeito da utilização de aplicativos/softwares educativos no conhecimento/comportamento de adolescentes sobre a atividade física e a alimentação saudável. Método: trata-se de estudo bibliográfico, descritivo, tipo revisão integrativa, de estudos publicados entre 2013 e 2017, nas bases de dados PUBMED/MEDILINE, LILACS e Cochrane central. Realizou-se a busca nos meses de abril e maio de 2017, utilizando-se descritores controlados contemplados no DeCS, e os resultados apresentados em forma de figuras, discutidos com a literatura. Resultados: percebeu-se que não há um consenso na literatura sobre os efeitos da utilização de aplicativos/softwares na melhoria do conhecimento e do comportamento de adolescentes acerca da atividade física e da alimentação saudável. Conclusão: acredita-se, dessa forma, ser de suma importância a realização de mais estudos no desenvolvimento de aplicativos/softwares educativos que visem a aplicar técnicas de mudança comportamental a fim de que o uso dos aplicativos/softwares, pelos adolescentes, possa apresentar a melhoria do conhecimento e do comportamento acerca da atividade física e da alimentação saudável. Objective: to analyze the impact of educational software on the behavior of adolescents about obesity prevention in two public schools of Divinópolis-MG. Method: uncontrolled clinical trial involving 238 adolescents, in the city of Divinópolis, MG, Brazil. Between June and October 2018, weight and height were measured, 24-hour dietary recall was performed, physical activity level was verified, socioeconomic classification and the stage of readiness for behavioral change was evaluated. The McNemar test was used to compare the qualitative variables. For the effect of the intervention on the quantitative variables, the Generalized Estimating Equations model was used. In the intervention, the educational game Healthy Running was used, developed for this study. Data were collected before and two months after the intervention. Results: among the participants, 62.6% are female, with a median age of 16.7 years, ranging from 15 to 19 years. Regarding the nutritional situation before the intervention, 18.5% had excess weight. As to the level of physical activity is concerned, 50.4% were classified as active. After the intervention, the z-score of body mass index for males showed a significant improvement (p<0.000), as well as the level of physical activity (p<0.001). Conclusion: the use of the educational game was valid and presented relevant results in improving the adolescents' behavior regarding food and physical activity. The use of the educational game can be considered appropriate to support education in the health area.
