PKH (Hope Family Program) is a government assistance program to help people experiencing poverty problems this program is an aid from the ministry of social affairs in order to reduce social inequality among poor groups. so it is hoped that in the long run it can break the relationship of poverty between generations. so that the next generation can come out of the abyss of poverty due to the increasing quality of human resources produced. The aspects used are health aspects, educational aspects and aspects of social welfare. The selection of citizens who are not objective recipients of the PKH Program makes it a problem. Many protested against the village's devices in determining which residents were entitled to assistance and sometimes acts of vandalism. so that in this study want to help village devices in selecting citizens who are entitled to receive assistance using the system. The methods used are Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is used to test the feasibility of the application. A sample of 10 residents who were recommended to receive PKH assistance obtained the results that Mr. Anwar who ranked first for assistance with a score of 80.5 And for the testing UAT earned an average value of 87%.
ABSTRAK Salah satu unsur Tri Darma perguruan tinggi adalah melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat, kegiatan semacam ini sudah menjadi agenda rutin yang dilakukan tiap semester oleh Dosen FIKOM UM Metro. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan berdasarkan permohonan dari Pihak SLB WiyataDarma Kota Metro (mitra), untuk kesediaan mendampingi kegiatan yang akan diikuti oleh peserta didik SLB Wiyata Darma Kota Metro pada kegiatan Pelatihan dan Kompetisi TIK Nasional secara Daring Bagi Disabilitas dalam Rangka Transformasi dan Inklusi Digital, yang diselenggarakan Badan Aksesbilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi dan Komunikasi (BAKTI) Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo). Tema kegiatan adalah Pendampingan Pelatihan TIK yang diadakan Bakti Kominfo Via Aplikasi Zoom pada SLB Wiyata Dharma Kota Metro”, Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9-13 November 2020. Ketua pelaksana kegiatan Mustika, S.Kom,,M.Kom. dan anggota terdiri dari Danang Prabowo, S.Kom.,M.Cs., Budi Asmanto, ST.,M.T.I, dan Mujito, S.Kom.,M.Kom. Kegiatan ini juga berkolaborasi dengan Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah FIKOM UM metro sebanyak 6 mahasiswa. Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan, sehingga peserta pendampingan dapat mengikuti pelatihan dengan aplikasi zoom dengan baik, untuk mengatasi kendala pada komunikasi pada siswa tunawicara, pihak mitra memberikan guru pendamping sebagai penterjamah. BUMDesa Manunggal Jaya, Nunggal Rejo Village is a business entity managed by Nunggal Rejo village officials, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. BUMDesa was formed in order to improve the economy of the villagers. One of the efforts made is to help sell and introduce products belonging to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the village. From the results of interviews with the chairman of BUMDesa Manunggal Jaya Desa Nunggal Rejo, BUMDesa currently has outlets for MSME products but because they are not in the center of the crowd, when outside working hours or on holidays, the outlets are empty of visitors. Based on this, the community service team worked closely with BUMDesa officials to create training activities to optimize their social media and Google Business Profiles to help BUMDesa sell and introduce Nunggal Rejo village MSME products online. The method used in this activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The service team explores the problems that occur, carries out outreach activities, designs the expected target results, carries out the planned activities and evaluates the success of the activities. The results of the activity are increasing partner capabilities in terms of creating content and compiling copywriting for sales and introducing products on social media and Google Business Profiles. The results of this activity are increasing turnover for partners, increasing people's understanding and skills in digital marketing and being able to create a website with a Google site. Abstrak BUMDesa Manunggal Jaya, Desa Nunggal Rejo adalah badan usaha yang dikelola oleh aparat Desa Nunggal Rejo, Kecamatan Punggur, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. BUMDesa dibentuk dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian warga desa. Salah satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan membantu penjualan dan memperkenalkan produk milik usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang ada di desa tersebut. Dari hasil wawancara dengan ketua BUMDesa Manunggal Jaya Desa Nunggal Rejo, saat ini BUMDesa telah memiliki gerai produk UMKM namun karena letaknya bukan di pusat keramaian, saat di luar jam kerja atau hari libur, gerai tersebut sepi pengunjung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat bekerja sama dengan perangkat BUMDesa membuat kegiatan pelatihan untuk mengoptimasi media sosial dan Google Profil Bisnis yang dimiliki guna membantu BUMDesa menjual dan memperkenalkan produk UMKM Desa Nunggal Rejo secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tim pengabdian menggali masalah yang terjadi, melaksanakan sosialisasi kegiatan, merancang target hasil yang diharapkan, melaksanakan kegiatan yang direncanakan dan mengevaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan yaitu peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam hal membuat konten dan menyusun copywriting untuk penjualan dan memperkenalkan produk di media sosial dan Google Profil Bisnis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan omset pada mitra, peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pemasaran digital serta mampu membuat website dengan google site.
