Nilai perusahaan mencerminkan nilai sekarang dari pendapatan yang diharapkan dimasa mendatang. Manajemen keuangan yang baik dapat memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia priode 20014-2016. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan beberapa keriteria yang telah ditentukan maka penelitian ini menggunakan 39 perusahaan manufaktur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Banyaknya produk makanan yang beredar baik yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan skala nasional maupun lokal serta produk makanan yang diproduksi secara illegal menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul yaitu kemampuan masyarakat dalam memilih produk makanan yang baik atau berizin untuk diedarkan sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan. Untuk itu didalam peneltian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi izin produk makanan yang dapat digunakan masyarakat dalam mencari informasi sebuah produk makanan. Didalam proses pengembangan sistem informasi digunakan extreme programming sebagai metode pengembangan dengan tahapaneksplorasi, perencanaan, iterasi pengembangan, produksi, dan pemeliharaan. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bawah metode extreme programming mampu menghasilkan sistem infomrasi yang dapat berfungsi secara baik yang ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian

Eggs are livestock products contributed greatly to the achievement of the nutritional adequacy of the public; the egg is a food that is very good for children who are growing because it contains nutrients such as a complete protein, fat, vitamins and minerals that are easy to digest. One of the eggs are much in demand by children are quail eggs. The nutritional value of quail eggs is not less than the nutritional value of eggs containing 12.8% protein and 11.5% fat. Quail eggs are good quality will have good nutritional value anyway. To determine the quality of a good quail eggs will require an expert system. The method used in determining the quality of a good quail eggs using Simple Additive weighting method. The criteria in this research that egg size, style/color of the shell, the shell thickness, shell texture, shape and cleanliness of quail eggs. With the expert system is expected to assist farmers in determining the quail eggs quail egg quality so that the people can consume quail eggs that have good nutritional value. The results of this study showed an alternative ranking first in C with a value of 0.95, ranking second D with a value of 0.7208, ranking third E with a value of 0675, ranking the fourth A with a value of 0.4542 and ranking last in the B with a value of 0.4541.

In the learning method of Lampung language in Junior High School 1 Pugung still using conventional method so that the learning process of Lampung language in Junior High School 1 Pugung become less interactive and less fun so that the students pay less attention to what is delivered by the teacher. Lampung language is one of the regional languages in Indonesia, the language of Lampung itself must be studied when students who are in Lampung province who sit in junior high school. So the author makes a multimedia application using Adobe Flash which is used for learning Lampung language in Junior High School 1 Pugung become more interactive and fun, thus helping students to focus in learning Lampung language.
