Reading is very important because reading is a process undertaken to obtain messages or information. In addition to information, reading is also helpful to understand all the information contained in the text reading so it can be the provision of science (intellectual development) for the future of the reader itself, can stimulate mental, reduce stress, increase vocabulary and expand one's thinking. In essence, reading is a process that is both physical and psychological, which we observe visually writing and thinking in processing information in the text.
Abstract-This research aims at describing the application of learning speaking skills based on communicative approach in the process of learning Indonesian language including the role of students, the role of teachers, and the interaction of teaching and learning. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, the researchers directly observed the natural phenomena that occurred in the study of learning speaking skills based on the communicative approach in SMAN 1 Sesean, Toraja Regency. The data were collected through observation, recording, interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed through the technique of "Data Analysis of Final Model". Research findings show that the role of the teacher in the learning speaking skills based on communicative approach has been conducted properly. The role of students in learning speaking skills based on communicative approach has been optimal. The form of teaching and learning interactions has reflected the communicative approach. In the communicative approach, the teachers engage the students actively, creatively and meaningfully
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian pada aspek perkembangan anak usia 3-4 tahun berdasarkan standar pendidikan nasional pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dan memberikan stimulus awal terhadap hambatan yang dialami anak dalam indikator pencapaian pada aspek perkembanagan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian tiga anak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan beberapa rangkaian pemberian stimulus untuk mendukung anak dalam memunculkan respon terhadap indikator pencapaian perkembangan yang hendak dicapai mulai dari aspek perkembangan nilai agama dan moral, fisik-motorik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, hingga pada aspek perkembangan seni. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga subjek IJ, RA dan SY sudah mampu melakukan beberapa indikator pencapaian yang terdapat dari beberapa aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Implikasi penelitian ini hendaknya diberikan stimulus secara simultan pada indikator yang belum tercapai. Pola asuh dan pemberian stimulus dari keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar.
This study aims to examine in depth about the application of Toraja cultural values in learning Indonesian language in North Toraja District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In the data collection, researchers directly involved observing the phenomena that occur in Indonesian language learning in North Toraja State Senior High School. Technique of data collection is done by observation, recording, documentation, and interview. Data analysis was done by data flow model analysis technique. The results showed that the application of Toraja cultural values in Indonesian language learning in SMA Toraja has built the values of Kasiuluran (kinship), tengko situru '(togetherness), kabassaran (work ethic), sikamali' (love), kapa ' patonganan (religious), siri '(shame), and the value menghangkegi'to mendadianna (devotion children to parents).
This study aims to examine deeply the application of interactive communicative approaches to the aspects of speaking skills in teaching and learning. The Indonesian language includes (1) the role of teachers, (2) the role of students, and (3) the interaction of teaching and learning. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative paradigm. In collecting data, researchers directly involved observing the natural phenomena that occur in Indonesian language learning in SMA Negeri 1 Sesean North Toraja District. Data collection technique is done by observation, recording, documentation and interview. Data analysis was done by "Data Flow Model Analysis" technique.The result of the research shows that learning of speaking skill based on interactive communicative approach has been done well. In the teachinglearning process the teacher acts as a motivator, communication facilitator, counselor and mediator in teaching and learning activities. The role of students in learning the skills of speaking based on interactive communicative approach has been done well. The role of students in teaching and learning process as a giver and receiver, negotiator and interactor. The shape of the teaching-learning interaction reflects the communicative approach.
