Self-care is the result of dialogue between the user/nurse/health workers and the link they establish when they share care. The support of family members and the service can facilitate or limit care.
RESUMOObjetivo: conhecer a atuação dos enfermeiros no cuidado aos pacientes com lesões de pele. Método: trata-se de estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório, por meio de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado com 21 enfermeiros, analisadas pela Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo na modalidade Análise Temática. Resultados: resultaram-se do corpus empírico, as categorias << A importância do saber >>, << Realizar ou delegar a prática do cuidado >>, << Trabalho em equipe >> e << Dedicação no cuidado da pele >>. Conclusão: considerou-se o aprimoramento do enfermeiro, pela educação permanente, pelo trabalho em equipe e pelo auxílio da Comissão de Prevenção e Tratamento de Feridas, uma estratégia para o cuidado da pele estimulando o raciocínio clínico por meio de discussões de estudos de casos, analisando as condutas dos enfermeiros e direcionando a prática profissional para o cuidado coletivo, dialogado e crítico. Resumo Objetivo: Conhecer os desafios ao desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras na perspectiva de enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança. Métodos: Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, descritivo e exploratório. Participaram 12 mulheres, enfermeiras, em posição estratégica de liderança, em diferentes organizações e serviços de saúde de um município do Sul do Brasil. Foi aplicada a entrevista semiestruturada como técnica de coleta, no período de setembro a novembro de 2017. A análise de conteúdo temática se deu seguindo as etapas de pré-análise, exploração do material, tratamento dos resultados e interpretação. Resultados: Foi desvelado que as enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança visualizam desafios importantes no desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras, representados pelas estruturas descritas nas categorias temáticas: Movimentos da ação empreendedora por enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança; Empreender em posição estratégica de liderança: situações (i)mobilizadoras; O aprender a empreender: desafios de uma responsabilidade avançada. Conclusão: No contexto do estudo, a posição ocupada pelas enfermeiras representa oportunidade ímpar na disseminação de uma cultura empreendedora em diversos cenários de atuação profissional, pelo seu potencial estratégico na condução de pessoas e processos, bem como no estímulo ao desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras no gerenciamento do cuidado e na gestão de serviços de saúde e enfermagem. O estudo desperta para a necessidade de buscar caminhos e possibilidades que permitam gerenciar os paradoxos que permeiam a condição nem sempre favorável do ser mulher enfermeira em cargo estratégico de liderança nas instituições de saúde e de ensino.
The objective was to study the perceptions of nursing students about their education considering the National Curriculum Guidelines. This is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach, data were collected in March 2007 through semistructured interviews with ten senior students of the undergraduate course at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and all study participants signed an Informed Consent. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The results showed an understanding of the students for their training and their close relationship as study participants with higher education, national curriculum guidelines for nursing, teaching project of the course, the profile of the egress and the curriculum. We conclude with an emphasis on curriculum and pedagogical project of the course as relevant to proper training, integrated and harmonized with the National Curricular Guidelines for Nursing.
Objective: Analyze the articulation of students, professors (supervisors of the undergraduate practicum) and nursing professionals in teaching and learning nursing management at graduation in a public university hospital. Method: This is a study of qualitative approach, anchored in the operative group reference of Pichon-Rivière. Data collection was held between October 2013 and September 2014 and consisted of a selfadministered questionnaire, participant observation and focus group. The information was submitted to thematic analysis. Results: The thematic analysis of the corpus resulted in four themes: the unknown and the inevitable; in coming and going, attitudes, values and new bonding; the dialogue and ways of acting in the teaching/learning; the emergence of praxis. Conclusion: The articulation among students, supervisors and nursing professionals occurring in a coming and going of attitudes, values and new bonding, in which the dialogue enables ways of acting in the teaching/learning of nursing management in graduation, allowing the emergence of praxis.
