The process of education digitalization has been on its way for a long time. However, a strong surge of interest arose during the period of temporary communication restrictions associated with Covid-19 and the widespread transition to a completely remote format of interaction between all participants in educational process. Digitalization has affected all levels of education and directly the activities of students, teachers, administrators, or stakeholders. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the current state of education digitalization. The objectives of the research are to study trends in the global and domestic online educational market, identify the features of digital educational activities implementation in the Russian Federation, and comparatively analyze the willingness of secondary and higher education to put digital distance learning into practice.
Combination of time series forecasts is usually considered as good technique in practice. But it has got weak theoretical explanation. In this research variance of time series forecasts and variance of combined models are considered. One is interested in the view of variance of forecasts function over one, two and three periods. Conditions which can lead to improvement of averaged time series predictions are in scope of this research. In this paper a few examples of the most popular time series models are observed: the moving average models MA(q), the autoregressions AR(p) models and their combination in the form of ARIMA(p, d, q) or ARMA(p, q) model. In particular, AR(1) and ARMA(1, q) are investigated. Nowadays there are researches about time series averaging. Approaches based on bagging and boosting are implemented very often in classification and regressions. It’s very appealing to use such strategy in tine series modeling. At the same time it’s easy to construct learning set and test set in classification tasks. But it’s a complex task in case of time series processing. There’s a need of two sets: to train time series models and to construct their combinations. Thus nowadays combination of time series models, combination of their forecasts or of their prediction intervals are in scope of view of a few complex researches. In this paper we investigate behaviour of time series predictions’ variance in order to have another useful approach in time series prediction averaging. Russian macroeconomical time series statistics is used as experimental time series.
Resource-dependent countries and economies are found to be particularly sensitive to global shocks. A unifying parallel is drawn between resource-dependent countries and regions with depleted mineral resources. The objective factors of losses of accessed reserves are analyzed. A unifying parallel is drawn between sub-standard ores and industrial waste. The paper proposes shifting geotechnology development from simple mineral extraction towards technologies that provide a full cycle of geo-resources development. A radical way of ensuring a full cycle of geo-resources development is the involvement of sub-standard ores and industrial waste in a closed processing cycle. The utilization of industrial waste without a valuable component extracting or reducing a harmful component to a background value is palliative. A comparative description of various technologies that allow extracting valuable components from sub-standard ores and industrial waste is made. The paper proposes a variant of chemical–physical technology that makes it possible to extract a valuable component from industrial waste to a minimum value. The activation of industrial waste with a disintegrator before a chemical extraction significantly increases the yield of a valuable component from 2.6 to 218.5%. A differentiated approach is needed regarding the choice of leaching solution, its percentage, as well as the leaching method and the need for activation processing of valuable components and industrial ones. The combined highly efficient physical–chemical and physical–technical technologies will ensure the maximum extraction of the valuable component from 52.6 to 98.8% in the full cycle of natural and industrial geo-resources development.
Проблема и цель. Исследуется проблема эффективного вовлечения обучающихся в образовательный процесс, осуществляемый в рамках цифрового образовательного пространства.Цель статьи заключается в оценке востребованности применения геймификации как инструмента повышения эффективности образовательного процесса.Методология. В работе использованы общетеоретические, эмпирические и статистические методы. Исследование опирается на научную литературу, посвященную проблемам геймификации образования, научно-методические источники, а также на источники, содержащие в себе набор статистических сведений по рассматриваемой тематике, отчеты аналитических компаний, их анализ, структурирование, интерпретацию и построение логических выводов. Для систематизации результатов был проведен SWOT-анализ. При обработке количественных данных, проанализированных с целью определения востребованности геймификации в высшем образовании, применялись методы математической статистики.Результаты. В статье проанализировано содержание основных теоретических и научнопедагогических подходов к современному понимаю термина «геймификация в образовании». Определена взаимосвязь между увлеченностью различных категорий населения виртуальными игровыми технологиями и перспективами их использования в системе высшего образования. Выявлено наличие высокого уровня востребованности геймификации в высшем образовании. В результате исследования произведена оценка перспектив использования геймификации в образовании; проанализирован современный уровень заинтересованности населения в интерактивных игровых форматах освоения знаний, выявлены основные причины динамичного развития геймификации в образовании(влияние рынка, связь между игрой и процессом обучения, растущий интерес к цифровым технологиям, педагогический потенциал геймификации, возможность решения в процессе игры комбинированных задач), обоснована целесообразность применения геймификации в высшем образовании.Заключение. В заключении делаются выводы о том, что применение геймификации в высшем образовании целесообразно и обоснованно.
