RESUMENEl presente estudio de caso se realiza con el objetivo de analizar la relación existente entre el síndrome de burnout, la satisfacción laboral y el conflicto de rol en el ámbito de la enseñanza secundaria gallega. Se parte de la hipótesis de que la satisfacción laboral estaría indirectamente relacionada con el burnout, mientras que el conflicto de rol mantendría una relación directa con el síndrome. Los análisis de datos realizados permiten confirmar las hipótesis de partida establecidas. Por un lado, la satisfacción laboral muestra estadísticamente una relación significativa e inversa con el burnout y el conflicto de rol presenta una relación directa. Por otra parte, no se encuentra relación alguna entre satisfacción laboral y conflicto de rol. A mayores, estas dos variables explican un tercio de la variabilidad del burnout. ABSTRACTThe aim of this case study is to analyze the relationship between the burnout syndrome, job satisfaction and role conflict in the context of Galician secondary school teaching. It is hypothesized that job satisfaction would be indirectly related to burnout, whereas role conflict would have a direct relationship with the syndrome. The data analyses confirm the initial hypotheses. On the one hand, job satisfaction shows a statistically significant inverse relationship with burnout and the role conflict showed a direct relationship. On the other hand, differences between job satisfaction and role conflict are not found. In addition, these two variables explain a third part of the burnout variability.
The initial and continuing training of guidance career counselors should be characterized by a permanent professional development in carrying out new roles and skills for continuous improvement and innovation of guidance action. The main stages in the continuous development of guidance professionals are the diagnostic evaluation of their training needs: (1) defining objectives and core and essential competences, especially in their professional practice; (2) design and implementation of an appropriate training plan; and (3) assessment of skills acquired based on criteria and indicators and use of tools and resources for the respective assessment. At present, the professional profile of the guidance career counselors requires new skills, especially in the field of ICT (information and communication technologies), which must be integrated with guidance skills, articulating them on a map of skills needed in the training curriculum of these counselors and in their subsequent professional action. As an example of innovative learning experience in this field, the authors present the design of a program concerned with the guidance career professionals' development with 100 hours of time, which contains the objectives, contents, training methodology, teaching resources, and especially, the assessment process of it. As assessment resources, a continuous estimate was used through personal and group tasks by the use of the e-mail and Website, specially. In addition, an assessment questionnaire for the quality of the program was applied following a series of variables such as: gender, age, profile and professional role, course organization, training methodology, users' satisfaction, etc.. The high average of 8.9 points out of 10 in terms of overall satisfaction of participants in the program is highlighted. The reliability obtained from the instrument applied by the Cronbach's model was 0.91, which shows a high internal consistency.
Kariérové poradenství, které si navzdory proměnlivosti současného světa udržuje jeden ze svých cílů-pomáhat jednotlivcům různého věku v různém bodě jejich života při rozhodování o vzdělávání, odborné přípravě, dalším (profesním) vzdělávání, zaměstnání, či uplatnění na trhu práce (OECD, 2004), už nepomáhá jedincům uplatnit se pouze na lokálních trzích. Základním prostorem, kde lidé nacházejí pracovní uplatnění, jsou dnes globalizované pracovní trhy. Jedním z takových trhů se pro občany EU stává evropský trh práce a mj. i vlivem toho se proměňuje práce kariérových poradců, která se v posledních letech rozšiřuje o problematiku mezinárodní mobility. Cílem poradenství pro mezinárodní mobilitu v Evropě je usnadnit volný pohyb za prací všem ekonomicky aktivním občanům členských států EU a současně podpořit jejich kariérový rozvoj. To se děje prostřednictvím poradenství v oblasti zaměstnávání na evropském trhu práce, která v mnoha případech zahrnuje i absolvování vzdělání či odborné přípravy ve smyslu získání konkurenční výhody při hledání zaměstnání v zahraničí, nebo prostřednictvím kariérového poradenství zaměřeného na kariérový rozvoj jedince. Os serviços de orientação e aconselhamento para refugiados: o caso de Portugal e de Espanha Resumo: Existe uma preocupação generalizada na Europa sobre qual a melhor forma de proceder ao acolhimento de refugiados, especialmente no atual momento de crise económica, humanitária e de conflitos bélicos. As políticas europeias têm-se preocupado em incorporar ações relacionadas com o restabelecimento e com a integração dos refugiados. Assim, nos países da União Europeia, existem diversas instituições e organizações que têm vindo a desenvolver, com maior ou menor êxito, diferentes serviços relacionados com o sistema de acolhimento, em que a orientação e a assessoria adquirem especial relevância na atenção a dar às necessidades desta população vulnerável. Neste artigo, apresentam-se os resultados de uma revisão documental cujo objetivo principal foi descrever como estão organizados aqueles serviços em Portugal e em Espanha, assim como conhecer, de forma geral, que procedimentos e atividades são desenvolvidos. No essencial pode-se concluir que os sistemas de acolhimento em Portugal e Espanha estão muito centrados nas necessidades de alimentação, abrigo e cuidados de saúde mental e física. Existem, entre estes, diversos serviços de orientação da carreira, mas que, em geral, não diferem daqueles que são desenvolvidos com a restante população.
