Pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan berbagai macam aplikasi pembelajaran merupakan inovasi pendidikan untuk menjawab tantangan akan ketersediaan sumber belajar yang variatif. Keberhasilan dari suatu model ataupun media pembelajaran tergantung dari karakteristik peserta didiknya. Sebagai mana yang literatur dalam e-learning mengindikasikan bahwa tidak semua peserta didik akan sukses dalam pembelajaran online. Ini dikarenakan faktor lingkungan belajar dan karakteristik peserta didik.Sehinga adanya kegiatan yang dapat membantu dalam hal pembelajaran daring anak sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah 22 Meranjat akibat dari adanya pandemik COVID-19. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu membantu penerapan pembelajaran daring siswa sekolah dasar ditengah wabah covid -19. Metode pengembangan dari PKM-M yang akan dilaksanakan merupakan sebuah rangkaian tahapan yang disusun secara sistematis, berikut adalah gambaran flow map. Hasil yang di Capai yaitu Sebagai Ruang Pembelajaran Daring, membantu orang tua dalam mengajari anaknya, Membantu Murid dalam memahami pelajaran. Sehingga aspek ekonomi murid tidak perlu datang ke sekolah dan bisa menabung uang jajan mereka untuk membeli kuota internet. Aspek kesehatan dengan pembelajaran online murid menghindari Resiko terdampak covid-19 dengan tidak bertemu langsung dengan orang lain.

It has two motion sensors integrated with Arduino-based microcontroller. From this detector tool got the data of push-up result from sensor mounted. Sensor data will be displayed in the application in real-time. Quality function development is used to determine the criteria of the user. The sample data involved 200 participants who followed the testing of this tool and got 90% who can do the push-up correctly. Factors that affect the height, age, and weight. Tests conducted on adolescent boys aged 18-23 years. The results of this study is an application capable of monitoring each push-up movement to position in accordance with the provisions to minimize injuries resulting from movement errors.

PT. SPU Palembang is an industrial company that produces Hospital Furniture and Rehabilitation products with the trademark SHIMA. This study aims to reduce the physical and mental workload received by workers in the Machine Shop Department. This research is focused on the production process .Measurement of physical workload uses the calculation of the worker's heart rate by calculating the percentage of Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Measurement of mental workload using the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) score calculation method. The results obtained based on the aspect of NASA-TLX before the proposal almost all workers receive a mental workload with a value of > 80 that is included in the category of heavy mental workloads except Milling-Drilling Workers (4) have a score < 80 in the category of moderate mental workload. After the proposal all workers have a score < 80 so that the mental workload received falls into the medium category. Based on the proposals applied to the Lathe Worker (1) and the Milling-Drilling Worker (4) namely the improvement of work methods in the process of turning, punching, and the proposed holding of a reminder as a tool to remember, the results obtained %CVL from both workers < 30%. Three other workers, although experiencing a decline, remained at > 30%.
