Kurzfassung
Im Hinblick auf die sich ständig verändernden Randbedingungen der industriellen Wertschöpfung müssen Fabriken zunehmend wandlungsfähig gestaltet werden. Hierbei wird im klassischen Fabrikplanungsprozess vermehrt die planungsbegleitende Ablaufsimulation eingesetzt. Auf Grund der stetigen Zunahme des Detaillierungsgrads und damit der Komplexität der zugehörigen Simulationsmodelle sind diese durch eine abnehmende Veränderungs- und Wandlungsfähigkeit im Fabrikplanungsprozess charakterisiert. Ziel dieser Veröffentlichung ist es, den Begriff der Wandlungsfähigkeit in Bezug auf die Fabrikplanung und Ablaufsimulation näher zu beleuchten. Hierzu werden ein Verständnismodell sowie drei Strategien zur Steigerung der Wandlungsfähigkeit von Simulationsmodellen erarbeitet.

Die Digitale Fabrik wird heute in vielen Unternehmen für eine effiziente Planung und schnelle Anpassung einer zunehmend anspruchsvollen Produktion eingesetzt [1]. Mit Virtual Reality werden unter anderem im Planungsbereich neue Produktionsabläufe getestet und abgesichert. Grafische Animationen erhöhen die Transparenz für den Anwender. Augmented Reality nutzt diese Daten beispielsweise für die intuitive Unterstützung im Werkstattbereich. Durch mobile Endgeräte sind diese Informationen jederzeit verfügbar. Der Einsatz von durchgängigen Systemlösungen steigert den Einsatz von Augmented Reality in der Produktion.
