This study aims to explore groups of intellectual capital items that can measure well the values of company intellectual capital, especially SMEs in Padang. Then developed an intellectual capital model that can be implemented for SME's, especially in Padang. The population in this study is all micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that are under the guidance of the Cooperative and MSME Office in Padang. In 2017 there were 2,953 MSMEs spread across 11 sub-districts in Padang City. The number of samples was determined through a purposive technique and a proportional sampling area cluster, so that a sample of 341 people was obtained. The data collection technique in this study was used a questionnaire using Intellectual capital dimensions and sub dimensions. Techniques analysis of data in this study used confirmatory analysis (CFA). From the results of data processing the results obtained, that; Of the total 29 items of intellectual capital tested, only 22 items can be used to measure the dimensions of intellectual capital at SMEs, especially in Padang. Where for the human capital dimensions is measured by 7 statement items, for the customer capital dimensions there are 3 statement items. Next there are 12 statement items to measure structural capital.
This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam rangka pengembangan kampung entrepreneur berbasis digital marketing sebagai media promosi bagi pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kota Padang yang berada di pesisir pantai dan memiliki ciri khas objek wisata, kuliner olahan hasil laut dan pusat penjualan ikan segar. Selain itu, pada kelurahan ini juga banyak ditemukan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan dan kuliner yang dikelola olah ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Sehingga dirasa perlu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing sebagai media promosi usaha. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi digital marketing kepada 12 orang pelaku UMKM. Untuk melihat hasil kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi melalui penyebaran kuisioner pada peserta. Kuisioner diberikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Dari hasil pengolahan kuisioner menggunakan uji beda diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan setelah dilakukan kegiatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta kegiatan ini merasakan manfaat akan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.
The purpose of this research was to observe the effect of the age of the organization department in Padang State University on performance through human capital, structural capital and relational capital. The sample is all of department in Padang State University, which is 33 departments. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that the age of the department is not direct and significant impact on the department performance. While the age departments significantly affect the department's human capital, structural capital and relational capital. Furthermore, the human capital, structural capital and relational capital significantly positive affect the department performance. This research failed to prove the existence of variable human capital, structural capital and relational capital as a mediating variable but serves as an intervening variable. Its means that age of department performance cannot determine performance without increasing the human capital, structural capital and relational capital.
Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi mengembangkan model kepemimpinan yang ideal khususnya untuk kelompok pemuda, melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang model kepemimpinan Minangkabau Universal. Dimana model kepemimpinan ini dapat mengimplementasikan nilai adat, agama dan ilmu pengetahuan serta nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang universal terutama bagi masyarakat yang berasal dari Suku Minangkabau. Kelurahan Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kota Padang sebagai wilayah yang merepresentasikan pluralisme dan transformasi yang tidak terelakan yang dialami Suku Minangkabau. Sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat terutama dalam mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan tungku tigo sajarangan dan tali tigo sapilin. Maka dari itu pada masyarakat khususnya pemuda di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo dirasa perlu untuk disosialisasikan dan diimplementasikan model Kepemimpinan Minangkau Universal. Melalui penyebaran kuisioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan, serta dengan melakukan uji beda, maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan setelah pelatihan tentang Model Kepemimpinan Minangkabau Universal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pelatihan merasakan manfaat yang besar akan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini
The purpose of this study is to establish and differentiate the concept and implementation of task function and task relation in Minangkabau leadership concept. This leadership concept implemented by three parties, namely, ninik mamak (clan leader), alim ulama (ecclesiastic) and cerdik pandai (intellectual). This study collected data by survey questionnaire administered to formal and informal leaders in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The sample was 720 leaders selected through purposive sampling in 4 districts in Padang. The instrument in this study was developed based on Minangkabau alternative leadership and transformational leadership. Data were analyzed using discriminant analysis.
Employee involvement is widely known to maintain long term relationship within organization. This topic become hot topic examined by researcher and often discussed by manager. Although the importance of both growth need strength, employee involvement, harmony and cynicism is well acknowledged, however, interrelationship between these construct have not been addressed properly. These articles purposes are to integrate factors influencing employee involvement and roles of cynicism as moderator. Sample in this research consist of 62 respondents which is come from different background. A great deal of relationship in literature is regularly done in from managers perspective and seldom done in employers perspective. Roles cynicism as moderators is unsupported. Both harmony and growth need strength directly influence employee involvement. It is interesting scrutinize when individual with high growth need strength and high harmony develop relationship based on relational exchange. The limitation in this research is self-reported answer. Further research suggested to use a dyad answer between managers and employer.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, 2) pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kepemimpinan universal Minangkabau (KMU) terhadap kinerja pada usaha generasi millennial (studi pada usaha coffee shop kota Padang. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Padang dengan populasi seluruh usaha coffee shop di kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan kriteria sampel a) Pemilik dan karyawan Coffee shop merupakan generasi Millenial dengan tahun kelahiran antara tahun 1981–1996, b) Umur perusahaan berkisar tidak lebih dari 10 tahun dan c) Memiliki karyawan > 2 orang. Dari perusahaan tersebut dipilih 1 orang karyawan sebagai sampel yang akan mengisi kuisioner. sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 230 usaha coffee shop di kota Padang. sumber data berasal dari data primer yaitu kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis 1) uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, 2) analisis deskriptif, 3) analisis regresi berganda dan 4) uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil bahwa semua data penelitian telah memenuhi uji validitas dan uji reliabiltas sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan dengan 1) budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, 2) perilaku inovatif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikasn terhadap kinerja usaha dan 3) KMU memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha generasi millennial (studi pada usaha coffee shop di kota Padang.
