Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar as intencionalidades estratégicas e as condições sociais de produção dos discursos de uma literatura popular de autoajuda que se relaciona a um conhecimento de Administração, observando suas associações a construções históricas de gestão e de gênero. O estudo qualitativo consistiu na análise dos discursos presentes no livro “Técnicas de RH para selecionar e segurar marido”. O estudo contribui para o campo dos Estudos Organizacionais ao dar continuidade a questionamentos acerca de uma construção acrítica de conhecimento, que analisa como problemáticas as fórmulas prontas que banalizam os conhecimentos em gestão diante da complexidade de organizações e de vidas organizadas. A abordagem teórico-metodológica deste estudo é a análise francesa do discurso. Os principais resultados indicam que as intencionalidades dos discursos envolvem essencializações identitárias, se vinculando a performatividades de gênero que se vinculam a uma literatura popular de gestão que também se baseia em performatividades – repetições normativas – perigosas no sentido de desconsiderar, ao criar modelos de gestão, as próprias diversidades organizacionais e empresariais.
Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar as táticas e estratégias mobilizadas por pesquisadoras negras da área da Administração no Brasil para ocupar espaços em instituições federais de ensino superior. Partimos da perspectiva do cotidiano de Michel Certeau e das contribuições da abordagem da interseccionalidade, que juntas, permitirão compreender como estes dispositivos significados de poder de gênero, raça e classe atravessam a existência dessas pesquisadoras e afetam e são afetadas pelas suas táticas e estratégias cotidianas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva que envolveu entrevistas em profundidade analisadas sob a abordagem da análise francesa do discurso. Os principais resultados apontam que, apesar de todas dificuldades e obstáculos, as mulheres negras têm ocupado um espaço próprio dentro da academia e dos estudos em Administração, a partir do qual suas táticas se modificam para funcionar dentro das fissuras de novas dinâmicas de poder, causadas a partir de dispositivos de poder socialmente construídos.
