This research investigated the effects of distribute injustice and interpersonal injustice leaders perceived on destructive leadership. Questionnaire survey on employee and their supervisors of two manufacturing enterprises in Hei Longjiang province was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational injustice and destructive leadership. Hierarchical regression analysis of 216 matched samples of supervisors and their subordinates revealed that distribute injustice was positively related to "corruption dimension" in which psychological contract violation fully mediated this relationship. Interpersonal injustice was positively related to "abuse of subordinate dimension" and "excoriation on subordinate dimension" in which psychological contract violation partially mediated their relationship. Implication of future investigation to predict destructive leadership is discussed.
